I never make food reviews but I’m so upset I’m a nurse that just worked 13 hours and I got a bagel and a hash brown. The hash brown was so old and disgusting. I even got back in line and waited 10 more minutes to get another hash brown and again I was met with an old cold hash brown. This is really sucky and unacceptable.

The store is supposed to be open. Just tried to walk in and it’s locked. Always something wrong with this place. Maybe staff the place properly??‍♀️ Kayla was nasty and rude! Terrible customer service!!!

today I went through the drive through and a older woman by the name Cheryl is always so very rude and unprofessional. When you get up to drive through window she doesn’t say one word and when she hands me both of my coffees she barley puts her hand out of the Window she literately made me reach into the window to grab my coffee form her. Even though she seen that I was clearly struggling to reach she just stood there looking at me with a very rude look on her face. after I grabbed my coffee she let the drive through window close in my face without saying a word. I’m a black woman so I don’t know if she’s racist or just a rude person in general. when I called back up at the store the man who answered the phone said it’s not racism that’s just how she is. I asked so she’s rude to everyone? He replied yes. I said that’s more of a reason for me to bring this to corporate. Very unprofessional to treat paying customers that way and it to be normalized within the workplace. not to mention I’ve been coming to this location for about 2 years now and every-time I come through the drive through they never get my order right and sometimes I have to come back for a second time in one visit to get my order right.

I just left this place drive through , its horrible, very slow for one coffee and watery french vanilla cappuccino, the guy behind us start yelling at us thinking we r taking too long we almost got into a fight with them. The girl thats on the window with purple and pink hair is very rude and have the worst attitude. This place need to close , everytime i am there i leave not satisfied. I am canadian and nothing like canada tim hortons customer service. By the way all their biscuits r moldy, i saw them in the clear bag on their window and i told her , then she said oh ok. Horrible horrible dirty place
