So there is guy who works the inside front counter, his name is Bo. He is super nice to me and my daughter. We come in every Monday night. I appreciate the real customer service I get when I come here. You do not find that anymore

I placed my order and pulled up to pay only to find out the card reader was not working the staff ask if I had cash and I sadly didn’t the staff handed me my order and said enjoy it’s on us!!!

I asked for items of the order to be made fresh and they were not, one of the employees said that the items just came up a minute or two ago, but that is not what I asked for. This also didn’t seem to be true as none of the terms were remotely close to hot. Overall it was a bad experience.

Why is it every time I come in here to dine they have the freaking gate pulled down the front of the store? It’s lunch time for Chris sakes let’s just say I’ll switch locations that’s ridiculous I get short staffed but how much service do you Really have to provide your dining room doesn’t get that busy to have to close it down. Ridiculous. The Taco Bell across the street does way more business and never closes their doors until late!
I’ve been to this location several times and the iced tea is horrible. I have even called to bring it to their attention. Still taste water down. Not a happy camper again.

I ordered a Taco Salad and a bunch of other food. The salad was wilted and slimy, the nuggets were old and cold and dry. I unfortunately don’t have time to drive back and get my money back. We just won’t eat there again. I know mistakes happen but when ya get a $50 dollar order of food and it’s pretty much all like that it’s more than a mistake. We also got asked to pull up and wait and we did for like 15 minutes and still got bad food.
