Have been going to Bar Verona since they opened in Washington Township. Have always enjoyed the food and they have a good Happy Hour menu. Great flatbread and there is a shrimp appetizer on toast that is the best new item we have tried. Steve is the greatest server and always makes us feel welcome.

My wife and I previously visited Bar Verona and loved it. We were excited to bring her parents, especially since we were celebrating, but left disappointed due to the noise level on July 12. The musician was very talented, but the space is to small to amplify live music via speaker. We could hardly hold a conversation. I couldn't wait to reach the parking lot to get away from the noise. The staff was super friendly and the service was quick. The appetizer, soup, and dessert were delicious, but the pasta was average (it was better when we first came over a year ago).

We had a nice meal here. It was above average. The service (Adam server/hostess was great as well) was outstanding. The cocktail was ‘ok'. Dirty gin martini, but it was a little too dirty- The appetizer was pretty good. A little too much sauce. We had the calamari and zucchini with the extra sweet/spicy sauce so maybe that's why. I had ahi tuna, my husband had bolognese. Bolognese was excellent. The Ahi was OK. It had a very salty sauce all over the tuna, I wish they would have just left it on the side. I kept scraping it off. The dessert was great, crème brûlée cheesecake. And a delicious cappuccino. Again, the service was fabulous, and the food was above average. I probably will not be returning, as there is nothing around this restaurant for ambience except for some apartment buildings.

For the second time in one week I call before they close in 30 min and they tell me the kitchen is already closed when I was complaining to the manager I think his name was Roger he hung up on me while I was talking to him, not professional at all and they should apologize, I used to go there a lot not anymore.

Bar Verona is such a lovely place with the friendliest staff and excellent food. The manager is so inviting and incredibly kind. The food was absolutely amazing! We ordered the crab and shrimp dip with pita chips and we scooped up every last bit. Even my friend who doesn't like seafood was raving about it. The waitress mentioned that everything was made from scratch and the top-notch quality was apparent in every dish. Their gnocchi is the perfect texture and the cream sauce was velvety and deliciously rich. The chicken was perfectly crispy and fresh and the short rib tasted like home cooked goodness. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience at Bar Verona and it has sky-rocketed to the top of my list of favorite restaurants. Thank you Bar Verona for a wonderful time! I will definitely be returning soon!

Parking lot is too small. Had to park on a side street the last two times. Love the place other than the parking. There is a nice EV charger but regular cars and trucks block the access during the evening.
