Brown Iron/Lazy Bones catering: 40-45 person event. We have used lazy bones over the years and have never been disappointed. We selected delivery of full sheet pans of Smoked - Brisket, Chicken Thighs, Pulled Pork, Mac & Cheese and Pit Beans. The food was delivered on time in sheet pans kept hot with a heated delivery system. Let me say this: the merger with Brown Iron appears to be a good one. They really stepped up the game! The meats were phenomenal, seasoned appropriately...
The food was really good. I had the jalapeño popper burger with fries. The jalapeño could have been more spicy. The beer selection was great. I dipped my fries in the bbq sauces. The candy apple bbq sauce was amazing. I wonder if they sell it. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.
We had lunch there today and Brittany was our server. She was so amazing!! I'm gluten free and she went above and beyond to be sure that not only I had an amazing meal, but also bent over backwards for my wife!!! Our next time there, we will be asking for Brittany!!!
