2nd time coming after ordering online and didnt receive my food. Had to call and cancel my order both times. Tried a 3rd time... After waiting 8 minutes at the drive thru and not being greeted, we left. IDK if this location is short staffed or if they just aren't paying attention. Strike 3 and you're out! IF I try for a 4th time, it's not going to be for a while. I think they may need more time to get sufficient staff. It's ridiculous to not receive your online order. And waiting more than 3 minutes to greeted at the drive thru is just unacceptable. Especially when its not busy. Is everyone on their phones or just a permanent smoke break?

Our first time trying Culver’s was “okay” I guess. Nothing was fresh, sides were cold, onion rings were stale, and “toasted” buns were soggy. Maybe it was an “off” day. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt.

I came here a few times and was happy but today had an issue with Gabby at register. She was very rude and condescending to me. I tried to use a coupon that was apparently expired and she was really rude in letting me know. I told her it didn’t matter that much but she didn’t have to get angry. She said she was upset because a few people have been trying to use expired coupons. Still think she can be nicer though. Then when I paid she couldn’t get change and got more angry. Fortunately the other staff helped and were better mannered especially since it was busy. She could have asked if I had a smaller bill or card but she didn’t. As a result the line behind me got so long that some people left.
The lady who brought our food was super polite and kind. I think the problem was just Gabby. The food is delicious.
