I decided to try this place for the first time tonight. When I arrived, my food was ready ahead of the scheduled time and the cashier/worker was extremely friendly. The food was shown to me and explained.
The problem, however, was when I arrived home to eat the food. I bit into my chicken sandwich and was immediately thrown off. My chicken was just about raw. The inside of it was almost completely pink. I didnât feel comfortable even eating it given its color.
The Mac and cheese was pretty good, but I was extremely disappointed with the chicken sandwich.

I have never written a bad review before, but I am beyond frustrated and unsure of what else to do. I ordered from DWC Washington back in June. When I got home, I realized they had missed part of my order. I called and their response was âyeah we noticed that as soon as you leftâ yet they did not call me. I asked for the refund on my credit card, but I was told they needed the general manager to do this. This went on for 2 months. I never received my money, I called once a week for 2 months trying to speak to the manager, even asking what days he was in but he conveniently had always âjust leftâ. Also, several workers told me that the general manager had my name and number and was going to âgive me a callâ, yeah that never happened. After 2 months of trying to get my money, they told me they were unable to put the money back on my credit card and they would give me a gift card. Fast forward to today, I tried to use the gift card and guess what, they put $0 on it and it was inactive. When I went into the store I was told they didnât have the capability to give me a new gift card and they would give my name and number to the general manager. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will say that all of the workers are super nice, but this general manager at the store SUCKS. I am sure I will never see my money again. Do not spend your money here, or at least check your order thoroughly, because when they miss something, you will never see your money again.
