Ordered a pizza at 9:00 and they closed the shop and never made it or delivered it, app said it was made and everything

Pizza is what you would expect. Service is terrible, deliveries have taken 1.5 hours plus on multiple occasions or been marked delivered and then shows up later. Zero effort from managers to make it right when you call. They don’t care about the customer at this location. Other pizzerias in the area do much better.

Ordered a medium pizza at 5:53. Said it would be an hour. Ok. 7:12 called to check, just getting picked up. This is why I stopped Jets delivery. Called after 1 1/2 hours to cancel.They argued with me saying when I placed the order it would 90 minutes.

Perfectly cooked pizza with fresh toppings. A little more sauce would be better is my only small complaint.

bad ass place, i use coupon and go at least once a week, jackyln the manager is alot easier to deal with then the last guy. shes very understanding, polite, and kind. there pizza's made bomb 90% of the time. no complaints here. thanks for your service hungry howies washington. see ya soon.

Very dirty with flies flying around. Dark, half the lights off. Food containers uncovered with flies flying in the air. Cooks have no hat or hairnet and look sloppy.

I ordered bbq wings and this is how they came out? I didn’t ask for it on the side just normal wings. Really disappointed in this location lately

Had stuffed crust pizza. Sorely disappointed. The crust on bottom of pizza was very very thin and in some spots there was none. Apparently they put all the dough up to crust so they can stuff it and left nothing for the actual pizza it self. Other than that disappointment. Food was great, flavorful just don't order stuffed crust unless u like soggy,thin dough and like eating with fork 😖😞

Never received my pizza after waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes and have not gotten my money back. Unbelievable.
