It's a carry out store so, "atmosphere" is irrelevant. I rated this one solely on the food and service. As pizza lovers, we ALL have our favorite large, corporate pizza providers. Mine happens to be Hungry Howie's! As all of you know, not all franchisee's stores are equal. This location happens to be one of the better ones! The people are friendly and COURTEOUS! When I order from them, if they say my food will be ready in 15 minutes, IT'S READY IN 15 MINUTES. My orders from this location have ALWAYS been assembled accurately and cooked properly. It's been a reliable place to pick up grub on my way to family get togethers, for YEARS!

Workers just smoking pot behind the line while I’m waiting for a pizza and having there weed pens sitting out on the register. And having random people just walk in and go to the back whenever they feel. Very unprofessional won’t be going back

they were not being kind and they hung up on us 6 times when we were trying to order a pepperoni pizza. and then finally delivered it at midnight when we ordered it at 4 and we didn’t find it until the next morning. at the house next door.

Great place for fast pickup the parking lot is crazy
Constantly close early. They either close and don’t answer the phones, or answer an hour before closing and say “we are slow so closing early”. This has been our experience 3x in a row now. Done trying and will go elsewhere.

Girl told me 45 to 1hr called back 1hr10 minutes told me he would be there any minute now 20 later he shows up bag open foods cold not happy at all !

This place has no idea what's going on. Seriously needs better management and system put in place. We put an order in and were told 35 min. We got there at 30 min and they told us 15 to 20 more min. Okay. So we go back in after 20 and they have no idea what's going on. I finally went in after an HOUR and they couldn't even figure out where the order was. So I cancelled it and left. Something needs to be fixed here. There's no reason they shouldn't know at minimum where an order is and somewhat when it's going to be ready. Unreal. Awful experience.

I don’t know what happened to this place, but it has become horrible. I have not had a single fully correct, satisfactory order in MONTHS. FOUR ENTIRE MONTHS. MAYBE EVEN FIVE!! I’m a regular here and I’m beyond disgusted and disappointed at the lack of care for the orders. I don’t know whoever you hired in the past months that’s doing this, but fire them. You have forgotten my feta cheese for maybe 6 entire orders back to back now. This recent order is what broke the final straw. You gave me a pizza with the thinnest and most pathetic amount of mozzarella I have ever seen in my life. This isn’t a pizza. It’s thin cut bread (I did NOT order thin crust) with cheese dusted on top. And none of my requested toppings or flavored crusts were present. Who do you have working there? Drunk teens? Get more devoted workers, or you’re losing a loyal, years long customer.
