Bar none worst Jets I've ever been to. Make sure you avoid this place. Order from any other Jets. Ruined my order more than once. Not so much as an apology. After working 14 hours I walk in 10 minutes before they close and ask this is a rare circumstance any chance you could help me out. I eat here regularly I'm hungry Just getting off work late. Sorry can't help me. Just checked all the boxes for the worst type of business. Be sure to avoid.

I’ve ordered to this location twice when the location closer to our house was closed unexpectedly. Both experiences were sub par. Yesterdays order was a half hour late (I had to call to find out what the status was), and arrived with the wrong topping, underbaked and over cheesed.

Visited the store in person. Ordered our dinner, paid for it and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Left the store, returned after 35 minutes and was told that it wasn't ready. So we sat in the lobby waiting. After another 20 minutes we approached the counter, and after some confusion, they said they don't know what happened to our pizza. Then they offered to make it (again?) I said no and requested a refund. This was THE LAST time I will visit this store! A similar event happened on my previous visit to the Imlay City store. SAY NO TO JETS PIZZA, WHAT A JOKE!

Ordered an 8 corner pizza Friday. Worst Jet’s pizza ever. Order well done. It was undercooked. Couldn’t even eat it. Order light mushrooms and green peppers. It wasn’t. It didn’t even look like an 8 corner pizza. Somebody needs to take ownership of this. It didn’t used to be this way.

Placed delivery order online, waited an hour and half. No pizza delivered. Called and was told my pizza has been sitting there because no drivers decided they didn’t want to deliver. Idk…..

Ordered my pizza at 6 pm for a 745 delivery on a Thursday evening and it still hasn’t arrived at 815 and they say it will be another 15 minutes at least. No offer of concessions and no apologies! I have tried this location several times and the deliveries are NEVER on time! I can even deal with 15 minutes delay but 45 minutes?!!! I even ordered nearly 2 hours in advance!

Normally I would say this place is great....but I think they have all new people or something. Ordered 2 pizzas and a dessert... First I come to pick it up and the dessert isn't cooked. They rush to cook one. I can feel the cold through the box. I check the 2 pizzas when I got to my car.. wrong pizza for 1. Had to go back inside and show them... No I am waiting for a new pizza to be cooked while my other sits in the warmer with the dessert. No apologies... No omg we screwed up... No offer for a partial or full refund ..nothing.. they just walked away and told the guy to make another pizza.
Now the 1 correct looking pizza has been in The hot box for at least 25 minutes.
This is the WORST jets ever. My pizza was raw and doughy and when I called he told me “you can put it in the oven” I didn’t know I had to cook my own pizza at home!! “Assistant general manager” was VERY rude and unprofessional. Told me “I can give you like 5 bucks off” as if he’s doing me a favor when the specialty pizza is already $5 off!!! I will never be coming back to the location. Save your money and go to 25 and Shelby they are way better!! Absolutely ridiculous

Terrible service, waited two hours for a pizza that was never delivered. I called and they said I never made the order. No apologies just said If my credit card was charged I should be receiving a refund within a couple days. Not sure why I keep giving them another chance the food is gone downhill Along with their service.

10/16/24, Jets is my favorite pizza. I don't eat pizza from anywhere else. Jets has the best ingredients as advertised. The best Jets I've had has been from ortonville delivery or pick up and 23 mile in Schoenherr, their slices are on point. Jets is the best pizza, just not from this location. If you're not going to hold up to Jets quality the best thing to do is change your name. I read another review from Tim Perry that stated it was worse then the worst Little Ceasars. Washington twp Jets is now known as Micro Ceasars!!! Sorry Micro Ceasars I love the real Jets. Thank you for all the people that take pride in what they do. If you may be a part of this Washington twp Jets and you are doing all you can, like the girl I spoke with about my order, there are better places for you!!! For everyone else there, don't ruin what may be someone's first time having this food that is great. Customers for this location are and have been lost. No customers=no job. Owner or employees that is the question. Hope to see this location to be the best, but still want my refund!
