On new years, they kept stringing us along with 10 more minutes for an hour. If they had been honest from the start i would not have been as upset. Its new years, ya busy i get it. But let me go home and come back, dont keep telling me 5 minutes and make me stand in your cramped space to wait.

Great food but horrible service and staff. Placed an order and was told they don't have dough to make pizza! Why even open for business that day? Always out of ranch, never have a delivery driver just all around unorganized and in desperate need of a manager who can manage a store.

WORST JETS EVER . Everytime i order from here they mess it up some how some way. Pizza undercooked, pizza with no sauce, now this time I’m having people over for the game so i order delivery. Not many options in Romeo or i wouldn’t even try here. I wait an hour, nothing, so i call. They “voided” my order accidentally. They say it’ll be here in 30 minutes, another hour goes by, i call, 10 more minutes. So we’ll see lol. Thanks for the 6$ off i guess 😐

My mom Ordered 1 small Pizza at 330pm knowing Halloween would be busy. Told us pick up at 430pm. My 80 year old dad had to stand in line outside until 510pm to get his small pizza that was supposed to be ready at 430. Absolutley ridiculous!

Came in during a busy Saturday night and found out my pizzas were given to someone else. The young man working the counter fixed the problem immediately and was super apologetic (not necessary - things happen!!) and remade my order super fast.

If I could give no stars I would. Decided to give them a second chance after this happened once before. Ordered my pizza was told 45 minutes waited an hour, had to call and was told that it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes. They only had one driver, what happened to customer service? I shouldn’t have had to call to get the status of my order, I asked if I could just come and pick it up but he sounded confused by the suggestion so I cancelled my order. Do not order from them if you need it delivered! Also I was never refunded for my order.

Bar none worst Jets I've ever been to. Make sure you avoid this place. Order from any other Jets. Ruined my order more than once. Not so much as an apology. After working 14 hours I walk in 10 minutes before they close and ask this is a rare circumstance any chance you could help me out. I eat here regularly I'm hungry Just getting off work late. Sorry can't help me. Just checked all the boxes for the worst type of business. Be sure to avoid.

I’ve ordered to this location twice when the location closer to our house was closed unexpectedly. Both experiences were sub par. Yesterdays order was a half hour late (I had to call to find out what the status was), and arrived with the wrong topping, underbaked and over cheesed.
