I usually get extremely good service. This is the first time I've came through and had to wait for my pickup. They told me to hold 1 minute at the drive thru, 4 minutes later without being communicated with since being told to hold, I pulled up to the actual window. The lady followed standard protocol and asked me who the order was for, she then proceeded to tell me that they only have two people on and they're busy at the front. Instead of checking to see if I was the person, yeah, the he drives through to pick up my order. Since nobody else was there, they decided to leave me on hold. Do better

Ordered delivery yesterday, 5/22/25. Took over an hour to get our food delivered. All three of us got the club lulu . One piece of turkey, no bacon on any subs, paid EXTRA for cheese on all subs, No cheese on any of the subs. Very disappointing after paying almost $60 for subs!!!!

What separates Jimmy John's from the rest is the bread.The bread makes the difference! Jimmy John's is also fast (as advertised). I like their kettle chips too. Finally, I like the various sandwich sizes offered.

Some blonde chick around the age of 18-35 with glasses had the WORST customer service skills I have EVER encountered. As Someone who manages a restaurant, Let me Tell you. I. Am. So. Dissatisfied. Food was worse than mediocre. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Went through drive thru, the girl taking the order kept saying “huh” when she was taking my order atleast 4 times, when I pulled up to the window both employees taking orders had headphones in. When I opened my sandwich it was wrong. I’ve never left a negative review. But employees having headphones in taking orders and giving them wrong food is dis respectful and a waste of time. Won’t be back at this location.

I ordered the country club and picked it up through the drive thru. Granted it was fast but maybe too fast as my sandwich had no meat on it. Didnt notice until I got home. Wtf

Carefully when ordering though the phone they will just add whatever they want to your sandwich, I ordered a slim 5 which has no veggies on it and what do they do fill it with veggies. thanks because I totally didn't want the sandwich I ordered

Always stop here for lunch, subs are always great. The only negative thing I can say is that their sweet tea is made on demand. It normally wouldn't be a problem, except the 1/2 cup of undisolved sugar in the bottom of my cup was unnecessary.

Their sandwiches are good but pretty stingy on the meat, half the time yoy can't taste any. None of these Sub sandwhich places look like what they advertise. If they could only look half as big that would be nice. Staff are always very nice. Quick service also.

Note: Food rating is higher than overall rating... Pricing ruins the experience and the overall rating. If you stick with the original subs, you'll have a decent sub at an average price. If you go with a specialty sub, you'll have an above average sub that's priced too high for what you get... Which is a sub, not a sit-down meal. The current $10 deal makes a nice lunch, I recommend that for price conscious people.
