I originally left a review thinking this was the Louie’s location I had called, but it turns out I mixed up the branches, totally my mistake. The manager/owner here personally called me to clarify and handled the situation with so much professionalism and kindness. He even offered me a $30 gift card (which I declined because it truly wasn’t necessary). I just really appreciated the gesture and his genuine approach. He also explained that the other location had a family emergency and had to close early, which I completely understand. What impressed me most was how much they care about their business and their customers. Instead of ignoring a review or being defensive, they reached out kindly, explained the situation, and made sure I felt heard. That kind of service is rare and speaks volumes. Because of his sincerity and how well he handled the situation, I actually want to go in and try the pizza, and support the business. I love supporting places that truly care. Highly recommend based on customer service alone..will definitely to try the food next!

By far the best pizza in Michigan and the only place that makes an authentic New York pizza outside of NYC! Caesar and his sons provide great service and make you feel like family—even if you are not close, it is worth the drive. Hands down, one of the best pizzas I have ever had!
Great pizza at a fair price. The owner is hands-on and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. The crust is light and crispy, and you can really taste the difference in quality compared to typical chain spots. It may cost a little more, but it’s absolutely worth it for the superior flavor and ingredients.

Just had the most incredible Detroit-style pizza experience! The dough was perfect! Light and crispy, providing a fantastic base for all the toppings. The charred cup pepperoni added that perfect touch of flavor, and oh man, the cheese pull was everything I hoped for and more. Highly recommend giving this a try if you're a pizza lover!
