I originally left a review thinking this was the Louie’s location I had called, but it turns out I mixed up the branches, totally my mistake. The manager/owner here personally called me to clarify and handled the situation with so much professionalism and kindness. He even offered me a $30 gift card (which I declined because it truly wasn’t necessary). I just really appreciated the gesture and his genuine approach. He also explained that the other location had a family emergency...

By far the best pizza in Michigan and the only place that makes an authentic New York pizza outside of NYC! Caesar and his sons provide great service and make you feel like family—even if you are not close, it is worth the drive. Hands down, one of the best pizzas I have ever had!

Great pizza at a fair price. The owner is hands-on and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. The crust is light and crispy, and you can really taste the difference in quality compared to typical chain spots. It may cost a little more, but it’s absolutely worth it for the superior flavor and ingredients.
