This place constantly forgets something in my order. It’s one of the only fast food restaurant around my work that I can get food at during my break.. so when I come here I’m usually on a time crunch. They constantly take ages to get my order ready so I’ve just started ordering in advance, that hasn’t helped either. They are very inefficient. I also noticed one day when I came here that the set of female employees they had were literally scolding and yelling at customers infront of me. I actually could not believe how they were talking to customers. The manager was screaming and verbally abusing her employees so I’m not surprised they were so upset that they’d take it out on customers. Whoever was there on that shift needs to be fired. Unacceptable treatment of their employees and customers. Heavy set lady was the manager and one of the girls that was yelling at customers and being very snappy had brown eyes and dirty blonde hair. I don’t mind waiting longer since the store is busy. However the employee that brought me my food was incredibly rude. The two numbered spots they have for curbside were already in use, so I used the one behind it. Told me not to park there again in a very snobby and demeaning tone/manner.
I’ve worked plenty of customer service jobs (including McDonald’s at one point) and in no way is that how you deal with a customer. Not cool.

All I gotta say, I spend alot here. These guys never cease to amaze me with their aditude. If u don't like what you do then leave. Older lady with small glasses not having a good day, sorry I ordered my food from a place you work at... my mistake, won't happen again. Completely messed my order up and gave sass to fixing even though it was 20 min later and the item was sitting behind her.

One of the workers there are EXTREMELY rude. I’m not quite sure what her name is but she is not good with customers. I was here with three people and I order 6 sauces and only got 3. I went to nicley ask for the ones they forgot and she told me no and I had to pay for it and I showed her the receipt and she ignored me and replied very harshly. I went up there again and talked to another and she kindly gave me the sauces. When the other girl heard she was giving us the sauces she said “fine give it to them I don’t care”. This kind of customer service should not be tolerated thank you.

It’s supposed to be fast food not slow food. It took them 20 mins to get my food out on curbside. After waiting that long it was nasty and cold. Like what. They were also very rude. I got sick the night I ate it. I would not go to this location. I won’t be anymore. Screw that. People. Food. And place. Nasty.

Zero big booms, took me 5 minutes to get my order taken while no one was in line in front or behind me. Another car showed up and got their order taken right away. They were not kind and took my order wrong. If negative big booms were a thing, they would have them.

Usually I leave great reviews. But, this McDonald’s is absolutely horrible if I could give 0 stars I would. They were rushing us. They gave us the wrong order. And my bread was extremely hard. We asked for extra pickles and didn’t get them. I will never be back at this one ever again and I wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone. I also was not allowed to use any mobile coupons.

Worst drive thru ever, slow, will let one lane sit while they take orders from the other one forever. Wouldn’t you think if you are busy and you’re only getting orders from one lane someone would realize it. It happens all the time.
