Zero big booms, took me 5 minutes to get my order taken while no one was in line in front or behind me. Another car showed up and got their order taken right away. They were not kind and took my order wrong. If negative big booms were a thing, they would have them.

Usually I leave great reviews. But, this McDonald’s is absolutely horrible if I could give 0 stars I would. They were rushing us. They gave us the wrong order. And my bread was extremely hard. We asked for extra pickles and didn’t get them. I will never be back at this one ever again and I wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone. I also was not allowed to use any mobile coupons.

Worst drive thru ever, slow, will let one lane sit while they take orders from the other one forever. Wouldn’t you think if you are busy and you’re only getting orders from one lane someone would realize it. It happens all the time.

Order was made wrong, no napkins in bag and curbside employee did not speak one word to me or smile. Of course l, I drive off not knowing my food would end up in the trash - $$ wasted on incompetent employees.

Service was really slow. I placed my order in the app. It took 10 minutes to drive there. I checked in as soon as I got there. It took another 20 minutes to get my food. While I was there, 3 vehicles pulled into the drive thru and got their food before I did. When my food came out, I had to go inside because they had forgotten my kids' happy meal. I am not sure what took so long or why 3 other orders got served before mine.

I received no straw and was also given a regular coke and not a diet coke. I arrived there thirsty for a diet coke, and left there still thirsty for a diet coke. I don't think they're paying attention to the drive through orders.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and got a double cheeseburger. In a quarter pound box, when I went to call back the number keeps saying busy, and when I went back up there, it was nothing but a hassle to simply get another one built, and I even tried to give them back their previous burger. Very disappointed in mcdonald's, you figured they would do more to go out of their way to take care of their customers
