One of the better McDonalds I’ve been to. Clean and the staff were friendly. I don’t like the new store layout and ordering system set out by corporate. It’s very impersonal and awkward. Also it doesn’t give you a ticket or receipt when you use the self kiosks. Literally anyone could take your meal and there is no evidence to show the staff if there is a problem.
We were on our way to the vet. We were pretty sure we were going to lose our beloved fur buddy Gunner.We want to get him a last treat of chicken nuggets. These were his favorite. After waiting 15 minutes for our food,then having to return it because there was something disgusting in our nuggets, I witnessed an employee sitting on the counter on a friday night during a busy rush as he proceeded to play with his hat taking it on and off his head while the rest of the staff rushed around him.
