Placed an online order here today. They didn't say hello when coming in. I observed neither employee wash hands between customers. The cookies are very obviously days old at the least. Went to get my drink. Entire drink machine was flat. No carbonation whatsoever. I let the guy know so he could fix it and I could grab my drink. He poured himself a small cup, sipped it, told me it was fine. There is no carbonation in the machine.. I told him no its not. Didn't care. Told me to grab a bottled drink from one of the fridges just to get me out. Terrible service. Terrible sanitation. Terrible all around experience. I will not be returning or recommending until I see different faces in there. Absolutely ridiculous. It was bad enough that I, an extreme introvert, spoke up in the moment and placed my first online review. I give 3 stars for food simply because it's subways standardized system and difficult to mess up the basic sandwich when you give exact directions.

Did not use soap to wash his hands. Just got them wet and walked over and asked what bread. No gloves. I said something and he "doesn't understand English well"
The lettuce was obviously left out far beyond what is acceptable. New management I have to assume cause this would not fly three months ago. this place needs to be shut down and inspected.

Disgusting food. Placed a mobile order and asked for the bread to be toasted, it was very cold. Added three different sauces but the sandwich was so dry. Used to order from this location all the time before but with the new management, never again. Waste of money.

New ownership was obvious. I stood as the only person in line for over 5 minutes waiting for the two people behind the counter to assist me. I watched one of them "wash" his hands with only water and no scrubbing. I requested a discount that I've had for 10 years and was told they don't offer it anymore. There was no music. Nothing friendly or inviting like the previous owners.

This is the greatest subway I have ever been to. They ALWAYS have the meatballs hot and ready! All other Subway locations should be judged by the standard set at this location and they should strive (even as hopeless as it may be) to one day obtain this level of greatness in both professional delivery and the gold standard of management.Thank you for your service to the community and all of us hungry patrons.

I ordered 2 subs today one toasted and one not toasted. The lady informed me as I walked in, that my flatbread sandwich was not toasted because they have a "new bread" that is not toasted. Never had this problem before. It was literally warm when I ordered one last week. Mind you, I can't eat the sandwich if it's not toasted since I am pregnant and am being cautious about listeria. This isn't the first time I had a problem with this older lady. She messed up my order a week or two ago and charged us for the replacement. I will definitely never be returning to this location simply because of her and her rudeness.

This is the closest Subway to my home and the staff is fine, but I gotta start going elsewhere.. today my sandwich had barely any meat or veggies at all. Literally more bread than sandwich. I paid $8+ for it and there is 3 pieces of turkey inside.I wish management cared more about making the sandwiches WELL and making customers happy. I honestly don't know if I'll go back after this pathetic sandwich I got today.
