I ordered 2 subs today one toasted and one not toasted. The lady informed me as I walked in, that my flatbread sandwich was not toasted because they have a "new bread" that is not toasted. Never had this problem before. It was literally warm when I ordered one last week. Mind you, I can't eat the sandwich if it's not toasted since I am pregnant and am being cautious about listeria. This isn't the first time I had a problem with this older lady. She messed up my order a week or two ago and charged us for the replacement. I will definitely never be returning to this location simply because of her and her rudeness.

This is the closest Subway to my home and the staff is fine, but I gotta start going elsewhere.. today my sandwich had barely any meat or veggies at all. Literally more bread than sandwich. I paid $8+ for it and there is 3 pieces of turkey inside.I wish management cared more about making the sandwiches WELL and making customers happy. I honestly don't know if I'll go back after this pathetic sandwich I got today.

ordered an online order. showed up 7 mins after pickup time and my food hadnt even been started even though theres only 1 other customer in the store?my sub got a single strip of dressing right in the corner, and they couldnt even cut it in half properly???train your employees for goodness sake. it is obvious that they either dont know what theyre doing, or they just dont care.

It shows in the subway app they're open even on apple and google maps shows they're open but they're not. The management should be knowing what they're doing not just put random hours and had me drive over 6 miles then ended up going back with no food

Food was great like how I remembered when I moved here a decade ago never got the older women name that made my sandwiches but this sub made me feel like I was a kids again and they remodeled the entire subway everything brand new I was shocked maybe new owners the last guy was a cheap ass now it looks 100 times better and cleaner much more professional good job new guys you made subway worth keeping agin in my opinion been coming here a decade glad to say I can keep coming again so close keep up the good work

Worst subway my family has ever ordered from.We ordered ahead 3 footlong subs - 2 Italian BMT's and a meatball. Meatball had maybe half the amount of meat it normally has. Both BMTs had hardly any toppings. I'll never call ahead at a Subway again and will recommend to everyone to avoid this location.What happened to making full subs here? I should stick to going to Tomato & Basil subs instead.
We visited this subway for the first time since moving to the neighborhood. We placed a mobile order and it was done within 10 minutes when we arrived. The wrap was AMAZING. Perfectly done. Tasty. And my fiancés sub was well put together and delicious as well. I went there and get a footlong veggie sub with cheese.When I got home I put the dressing on the gave me which I thought was RANCH,but it wasn't. Call the store told him about the mistake & I told them I don't live in the area.

Got food poisoning from this place. They see their spinach looks ALL slimy and they continue to serve it to customers. The young girl almost had a meltdown over a simple correction. And either the female manager or the owner was extremely rude to her older employees on a different occasion. Not coming back.
