Drive through is usually great. Today food was ok. I didn't hear my name so my food sat 4 a minute. Tables were dirty and trash was full. Parking lot was super icy. And alot of high school kids were there for some reason. Very loud.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Taco Bell. Every time I come here, my order is wrong, but this visit was the worst. When I told the girl taking my order, Kota, that we always get our orders wrong here, she immediately started laughing right in my face like it was a joke. After I finished ordering, she asked the same thing again and kept laughing like it was entertainment.

Then three other girls popped their heads out the window and joined in laughing at me. That is extremely unprofessional, immature, and embarrassing, especially while representing a business. No employee should act like that toward any customer.

On top of that, when I got home, my order was missing 3 tacos, 2 Nachos BellGrande, and 1 Baja Blast. Not only that but on the tacos that was in the bag straight up oil was put on them leaking the whole bag. So not only was the customer service terrible, but the order wasn’t even correct.

Management needs to retrain employees on how to treat customers with respect and how to act professionally. Completely unacceptable behavior. I will not be returning, and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their money here either. Shameful.

Jacob D has the best window presence Ive experienced at a Taco Bell in a long time..
He was real, authenticly himself and not a scripted taco bell bot.. This guy deserves all credit he can get.

The wait at this location is absolutely ridiculous. How is it “fast food” if it takes them 30+ min to get 5 cars through the drive through? The lobby is closed, so it’s not even like that’s a concern. I’ve lived out here 11 years, and no matter how much turnover there is in staff, this location continues to fail.

There is a horrible wait at this restaurant, especially for DoorDash waiting over 10 minutes for our order so that our orders are late and it looks bad on us really unprofessional atmosphere Over 15 mins wait on my door dash order while employees are complaining about the order and employees sweeping the parking lot while I wait for my Door Dash order , ridiculous!!!! Need to be trained on how to prioritize task Service

Service and employees are always wonderful, food doesnt get messed up any more than i can excuse. Be friendly and the staff here will go above and beyond every time.

My whole family including my 1 year old and 4 year gotten food poisoning from this restaurant! Wouldn’t recommend eating here . They don’t practice food safety
