Was here at 12:25 am 5/17 and only one employee was working. He was very kind and even apologetic for the wait that wasn’t his fault. I felt the customer service was exceptional tonight and the food was good even though it was only him working.

I asked for no beans on my burrito and they put extra beans and then I started having diarrhea every single day and it was getting so explosive. I had to go to the hospital.

So I gave it three tries and all three times they have messed it up. I rather drive the extra 3 miles instead of wasting my time for messed up food. At 25 to $35 a pop and somebody in my house is always unhappy.
I ordered the street chicken chalupa and it was horrible ! Felt like 3 days old, the cheese felt hardened and the inside of the sandwich was cold !

Every time I come here and order a cantina chicken bowl, I add steak, beef and nacho cheese added, and Everytime they give me the regular bowl without anything I paid extra money and asked for them to add, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE

I've eaten at Taco Bell's all over the country and this one rates the worse. I ordered 2 sides of guacamole. $1.25 each. Every other Taco Bell gives me a full 2 oz soufflé cup. This TB the guacamole doesn't even make the one ounce level of the cup. I'd say $1.25 for less than a full oz is outrageous. I ordered my chicken cantina bowl w/o rice. Every other TB I get a nice little pile of beans. I measured the beans on this one. Less than a tablespoon. I've never gotten such skimpy amounts anywhere else.
