I ordered a lg butter pecan iced coffee. I go to window and was charged for something different. So I asked if the coffee went up. They asked me what I ordered fixed it then me trying to be nice asked if they had a tip jar so they just keep the difference. The so called manager just about threw the money at me with serious attitude and said we’re not waitresses then shut the window in my face. I come through twice a day. Well I did, not anymore. I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money. You lost a dedicated customer

So you think by telling me that you want me to contact you and then sending me a link that takes me to the app and then closes the app when you click support helped? Stay away from this location people

I’ve tried to give this place a billion chances but 9 times out to 10 the orders are wrong/poorly made/smashed/or take forever.

Donuts get put in with hot food, iced coffee comes out luke warm/completely melted, cheese paninis are NEVER warmed through but somehow burnt. (Sometimes they are cold, AND for some reason slathered with butter on the inside 🤢).

I don’t know who the owner is of this location, but they really need spend some time with their staff and check out what’s going on. The only reason it’s as busy as it is, is because of location.

I put a mobile order in and it took an hour to make it although it was two items. when i arrived they told me that even though i put my order in at 10:30 that they were not making breakfast anymore and i had to pick something else. workers were yelling at eachother. not the greatest experience. if i wanted mcdonald’s food i would’ve gone there for cheaper.

Whole bunch of careless kids on their cell phones in their pajamas. All standing around while one person makes my food. I'm on my lunch break. I'm trying to get back as fast as I can. They also were missing product items. Told me they would give me something that I asked for and they did not do that whatsoever. It's very disrespectful to be careless with food. I will not be coming back.

I’ve been coming here forever and it’s seriously gone down hill in the past year. The staff is extremely unpleasant and most of the time my order gets messed up especially if I do a mobile order.

It's not the workers fault. They are trying their hardest with little staff. I think the owner should be in there if I'm waiting 48 min to order. If u have 1 person making each order as they come. I was 6 in line(it was 10th but people left, and I should have too). This is the third time this has happened and I think I am done with this tim hoe and moving on to a further one from my house. Care was not givin by the right people in this scenario. So sad.

Can someone explain to me why every time I order a Bagel BELT, you guys leave off the tomato and lettuce? EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I seriously don't understand. BELT = BACON EGG LETTUCE TOMATO right? At this point I'm completely baffled.
