The employees here are beyond rude, and I told them. They forget their pay check comes from customers?????? I hope Tim Hortons will do something about it. I just ordered a coffee. My order was very easy.

Coffee was disgusting! It tasted like Day old coffee. Donuts also tasted like yesterday donuts. Need better management and get better organized. I won’t be coming back. Whoever owns this store, you’re gonna lose your business if you don’t take care of it And fix the situation!

Hire new workers or pay theses works more money to do their job better. Customer service is absolutely terrible, especially through drive-through.The Location is convenient which is the only reason we’ve been coming here so long our coffee is never right always have to ask for cream and sugar. Food is never fresh old tasting. All around I would give this location 0 stars. I guess will start driving to 23 vandkye way better service and everything over all!

Unfortunately it's the only one I can get to in the area. They never put sugar in my double double, always get my order incorrect (given a different food item than ordered) and the black haired young lady taking orders is so rude and seems so angry. If this is how they run the place, it shouldn't cost $3 a cup coffee

Always disappointed and everyone who works there has a major attitude. We usually stop here because it's a convenient location but we will be going out of our way from now on. The final straw was not putting our coffee lid on properly and then watching it be spilled in the car and not even offering napkins or anything. Just walking away and avoiding eye contact. Every other Tim Hortons I have been to is great. Go to any other location but this one!!!
The young blonde lady I think was the manager. Yelling at employees to take the garbage out. I order an everything croissant with the scrambled eggs and sausage. But they were all out so I asked can we just do the everything bagel instead. Got my order n received just a plain croissant. Was just gonna eat it n then my boss said something. Which irritated her so she made me a new one. Get to the truck and the orders messed up again. She is moving so fast not paying attention and just frustrated. Not good vibes and still didn’t eat what I wanted

Honestly don’t waste your money here. I’ve almost never gotten a correct order here. Even when the manager reached out for me to come up and get a replacement order…they still got that wrong. What’s so hard about “no cheese no sauce?” They don’t know the difference between scrambled eggs and a fried egg. I’ve even had stuff missing
