I ordered my food through the app today and went in to grab it. Both the ladies behind the counter did not seem like they wanted to be there. The girl with the red hair comes up to ask me what I wanted and I seen my to go order on the counter. With a smile I pointed to my order. She said what you want the Red Bull drink I ordered. I said no that’s my order. She tossed the bag across the counter and says here, then turned around and walked away. This lady had the rudest look on her face to match her rude attitude. I work in this area and frequent this Tim Hortons and will not be doing that any longer. There are a few other ladies who work there that always have a smile on their face but more times than none am I treated like a burden when coming here. Half the time they don’t even get the order correct so what’s the point anymore. I feel bad for the owners who have the faces of their business treating customers like that. If you don’t like your job or don’t like working with customers, find another job!
