This place is disappointing. $8 for a smoothie that’s not even blended??? I’d love to know if they just forgot the ginger and threw it in,or what happened. But any other location I’ve been too this has never happened. Very unfriendly people too.
The only issue with this location compared to some others is they dont accept american express, at least on the app!
Also their prices are slightly higher compared to the rochester location, not too far down the street.

You have team member who is absolutely awesome! She always greets me when I come and my food is always perfect, she makes my day when I come in. She is always wearing pink earrings and glasses, she has reddish blonde hair, keep her around bc she does an amazing job!

Ordered a new summer smoothie which tasted watered down (not the first time). Also ordered the three cheese quesadilla that's cut into 4 pieces however only 2 out of the 4 pieces had chicken on it! It was 7.99 too it's already small you think they'd at least spread the chicken out. Then they expect you to tip them if you use a card. Not a chance! Never going back again. Waste of money. Not going back.

Why is the owner always disappointed with what is happing with the reviews but the problems never seem to get rectified, such as horrible customer service, repeatedly messed up orders.
I order no tomatoes literally every time I go… 95% of the time there’s still tomatoes even though the tag says “no tomatoes”. One time there was a tag that said no tomatoes, but instead of removing tomatoes, they removed the chicken. Make sure to check your order before you leave.

Those card readers at the drive-thru have GOT TO GO! Run the card like every other place, everywhere. I gather that the use of these is to "answer the question" and give a tip... Which is ridiculous to start with. I went along for months with that, gave tips, but NEVER got a thank you for doing so. No I select "no tip" and just get a more rude attitude (even compared to the "no thank you" for previous tips given!). The card reader is awkward and difficult to do for some of us based on which car we drive, etc. Please don't make it difficult for your customers to give you money! That's a bad business model. As for tipping; it's really just got to go. We assume the price we pay for blended up ice and fruit is for the labor involved. They aren't waiting tables!
