I order no tomatoes literally every time I go… 95% of the time there’s still tomatoes even though the tag says “no tomatoes”. One time there was a tag that said no tomatoes, but instead of removing tomatoes, they removed the chicken. Make sure to check your order before you leave.

Almost everything is great when I order from here. But there’s an issue, every time I get drive thru or delivery they NEVER include a straw. Even if I get an edible straw (they still charge me) I don’t get it with my smoothie. This has happened about 6 times. It’s still great and is reliable for everything else but they don’t include the straws even if you PAY for them.

First time at this tropical smoothie and when i walked in i was greeted with a smile and was quickly helped with friendly service and helpful suggestions on what i should try by 2 employees Lily and Malia. I will definitely be coming back !
