Picked up a couple of paczkis yesterday at the 26 mile location and we were very disappointed. They were hard, almost like day old baked goods, not up to the usual Vito’s standard. Also worth mentioning are the 3 young ladies working behind the counter. No need for them to be so snarky with the customers, if they hate their jobs they should look elsewhere for employment.

Such a wonderful local bakery. Everything we’ve ever ordered has been delicious. We’ve had lunch, bread sticks, cannolis, cookies, donuts, and last week ordered a Cassata cake for my daughter’s birthday. Our new favorite place to order our Cassata cake. Even my picky eater loved it. Thank you so much for all the delicious treats you serve. The service and ladies are top tier.

Terrible Terrible customer service. My family will never be going back. They have girls working the counter with no customer service skills. No communication skills and can’t even answer a simple question. I asked to see a pictures of strawberry piping and her response was “well idk we might have some examples but the book has over 80 pages and it would take me way too long to look through it all. Also tells me that I can’t get fresh strawberries on the top because it’s going to be too expensive. Why are you telling me - a customer what I can & can’t get because it’s “too” much money!
I asked for the manger and another young girl comes out. Telling her I’ve been coming to this bakery for years and I know who the real mangers are. I told them that my entire family comes here to get special occasion and birthday cakes and the manger laughed under her breath. It’s terrible how they treat there long time Italian customers. Just lost a A LOT of business! The two young ladies clearly do not know who my family is. We will never be back.
Beautiful store. Kit Kat treat was delicious… Gave my boy (he’s special needs) a free treat and he’s been asking to go back every week since!! Had to stop since my blood sugar’s off the charts 😂😂 Wish there were tables though.. Or seating at all… Store is still beautiful though. Saw some cakes that looked Delish too… too bad I’m on a Diet 😂😂

I picked up a cassata cake for my birthday party. It was absolutely delicious! They wrote a very cute happy birthday on the top for me. The icing was very light and fluffy. Everyone enjoyed it.

I bought my wedding cake from the location in Clinton Township. I have to say It was the most gorgeous, delicious cherry chip cake I could ask for. I'm so thankful they helped make my day perfect. I was so obsessed with it I didn't wanna cut it. I wish I would have got a bigger cake for more left overs it was so good. Will definitely use Vitos in the future

We absolutely love Vito’s Bakery! They’ve made beautiful cakes for many of our family occasions. The staff is always so kind and helpful. They have also made custom cupcakes for us a few times with very short notice. So happy they opened up the Washington Twp. location!
