No one in line tonight 12/27/25 @ 6:40pm.
Ordered a double with no onion or lettuce, small fry, and a small chili.
Went to window and paid, was told to pull up to door. Still no others in line .
Waited over 12 minutes for the order to be walked out by very rude gentleman, burger was overdone, fries cold and soggy, chili cold, no spoon or napkins.
Could have gone somewhere else, but already paid around $14 dollars for a bad meal. Not co

Once again, terrible. Employee on drive thru seemed like I was bothering him when I pulled up. I asked for no lettuce because Im allergic. They put it on anyways. So, waste of money for me because in no way gonna come back so they can do worse. Just not gonna bother with this Wendy's anymore... they really make the owner look terrible and I know hes a nice guy. Seriously, if you hate your job, do better. Its not on anyone else but you! If this is your attitude in fast food, things are looking real bleak for ya bud!

The Cobb salad at this Wendy's was not very good compared to the Wendy's by me this salad was poor and will not go to this Wendy's again I enjoy this salad so much by me and get it several times a week

I usually come through on the later side of things around 10 o'clock or later. Tonight was especially late a little after midnight. The grocery store had closed, so I needed to pull through to grab something to feed my furry friend at home. And the guys here had no problem cooking up some fresh patties.
With probably about 45 minutes to close, I appreciate them going The extra mile. The night shift guys are always pretty cool here. Every time I come through, they're no-nonsense. They get your order out quick. I've never had any problems with my orders. Nothing missing, nothing mistaken, so
I'd say they're one of the better crews around. To the guys working the late shift.
On sunday, october sixth, pepper says thank you.

The french fries tasted like cardboard. The hamburger was a 2X2 inch, 1/4 inch thickpiece of nothing. The quality of the food for the price was ridiculous! I am done eating at Wendy's. The food quality has deteriorated so much.

Ordered a kids meal for my granddaughter and they forgot the cheeseburger! She said the fries were cold. I checked. They were limp too. Guy at window was extremely rude. Never going back again. Imlay City and Lapeer are delightful. Screw this Wendy's
