food is almost always cold and the manager James is clearly toxic I got breakfast one morning and he was arguing with one of his crew members out in the open, very un professional

We stopped in on Saturday 2/22/25 at about 1:30 we ordered a single cheeseburger combo, a 6 piece chicken nugget and a chili
After about ten My wife went to the counter to see what was taking so long. All the while the chili and nuggets were just setting on a tray at the counter and they said it would be a little while for the burger. She brought me my nuggets and chili which were now cold. I ate them anyways. She finally got her burger after 25 minutes she finally got her burger
There were at least 3 customers ahead of us that had to wait 20 minutes or more for their burgers
A lot of people complained that their orders were wrong after they got them
Even drive through customs were coming inside because their orders were wrong
Every employee was in slow motion except the Manager who apologized to all the customers when they finally received their order.
The owner needs to check in on this Wendy’s in Romeo and see what’s going on

Tables and beverage counter were filthy. The drink dispenser was so nasty I didn't even wanna touch it to dispense my own drink. Also, there were 3 employees (at least) working, and we were one of 2 guests, (including the drive thru) and our order took over 10 mins to get together. After all that waiting, the fries (that we didn't order but I was afraid to send back) were cold. Never again.

I would not feed my dog the food they serve at this location.
I tried this location again, unfortunately same customer service did not know until I was leaving it's the same manager as last time. I asked about the guy washing ceilings tiles over the fry and chicken warmer, I was watching dust and dirt fall from the ceiling into the food, the manager said I must Just be aggravated. Really cause I don't want all the dirt and dust in my food. This person is a joke. I asked for my money back after that comment he threaten to call my place of work and make up lies.This so called manager needs to go.

the order taker was quite literally rushing me and everybody else is that all is that all is that all
totaly rude and abrupt almost throwing the food at me nobody was wearing masks prepping the food or hair nuts and the food was crappy I made very well not come back
I ordered a grilled chicken ranch wrap. That was the driest chicken I have ever had. It also took forever and I was the only one in the restaurant with only 1 car in the drive thru. The worst experience at a Wendy’s I’ve vet had. This was in Romeo Michigan.

Not only was the food as soulless as the eyes of the cashier who took our order, they did not indicate in any fashion (as in signs or even verbal warnings) that the women's bathroom is flooding. My friend fell down not realizing it was flooding. When she began to tell the manager on shift, he cut her off by telling her that the bathroom was flooding. He did ask if she needed an ambulance, which she declined. She did inform him that he should put a wet floor sign out or a warning on the door. His response was "I'll try". He literally did not care. He should care bc they can be sued for this kind of thing. A real food service manager would have had the intellectual capacity required to close the bathroom down to protect their patrons instead of behaving as if their patrons are at fault for falling in their establishment.

Came here earlier today and tried out their new chicken wrap… only to bite down and almost choke on a piece of melted plastic that broke off from something and made its way into my wrap. I will never be returning, given this place a chance time and time again and this was absolutely insane. Nothing like this has ever happened and I will be contacting the health department asap! This place needs shut down!
