The bar cuts you off for no reason. The hotel is sub par. They tried to remodel but all the crappy new furniture is stacked up in the back hallway alll warped and falling apart. Positive note is the garbage can they had on the first floor catching the plumbing leaks is gone. Leaking faucets. Leaking ceiling panels. Flies everywhere with no swatter offered. Just a “well, it’s that time of year” answer. 100% do not recommend
This hotel gives 2 shits about you as a customer. When I first walked in with my small dog on a leash not bothering anyone the man at the front desk greeted me with “ we don’t allow dogs in our lobby”. WOW, nice comment dude. “Are you checking in?” We booked a room for 3 nights and the website says they are pet friendly so we brought our small dog. Went to check in at 8:30 pm after driving 4 1/2 hours only to be turned away because they didn’t have a pet friendly room....read full review
The food is always amazing no matter what time of day and the bar a very welcoming and fun atmosphere. Kudos to Rhonda and Tawnya for superb service!
