The food is good but small portions. Some of the staff is friendly. Some of the staff is just plain rude. And they are only open until 4pm.

The best customer service ever!!The reason for the 3 stars is because of the food. It seemed like the meat was 2 days old .I ordered breakfast , the bacon was awful it crumbled apart into little pieces , the sausage links wouldn't even cut apart with a fork or your teeth they were rubber. The eggs and Biscuits were perfect.

The food wasn't very good and we didn't get some of our order, the only time we seen the waitress was when she was changing the table stuff out for closing (that wasn't for a couple hours),no refills on drinks, 4 waitresses (including manager) talking loud and rudely about customers and other employees. Was not a good experience ? ? Will not go back ?

Went to have lunch today item I wanted didn't have any of and hadn't had any for awhile if your not going have a menu item take it off the menu then second choice we wanted they said not available on weekend and it did not say that on menu!!!! What horrible service not having 2 things on the menu !!!! Manager did nothing about it either no wonder big boy is going downhill and waitresses talk to friends and not wait on guest right away I will avoid this place for sure!!!!

The eggs were not as i asked. The fruit was not fresh. The bacon, sausage, toast and coffee was good, but not worth a $20 bill. I will not recommend eating there.

Sadly its not how I remember. Staff is very busy with their own personal issues. 3 people came in after us and got their food before us. We ordered the same food as them. Pancakes and eggs. Not very clean. Food tasted like it was old can food. Not the way big boys uses to taste. Felt rushed to pay.

I had ordered the new Santa Fe bowl with the pancakes. The mixture of scrambled egg & vegetables were watery. The entire dish was bland & I could hardly find any Chorizo. I had put on -2- salsa, salt & pepper. It still did nothing -4- it.? My pancakes were also cold.☹️ My husband ordered egg, sausage links , potatoes, & pancakes. His sausage links were so hard, he couldn't chew them & his pancakes were also cold. Our waitress never came over -2- check how our food was until we pushed our plates away.?. I had used the women's bathroom & the handicap bathroom was disgusting. The napkin trashcan was so full the lid would not close & the smell was horrible.?. There is a sign -2- alert them if the bathroom isn't up -2- snuff. It's not my responsibility -2- monitor the condition of bathrooms. There's also a stall that has been broken -4- @ least -4- months. All of this seems -2- lie on the Manager's. We live in Wayland & there's not many sit down restaurant to go to & I know we will never back. What a shame ? If the manager can't manage the place better , he should go!!!! ALERT!!!! ALERT!!!! There hours are now 7:00A.M. to 1:00 P.M..
