Stopped by at 4pm on a Sunday and the folks working were very friendly- they have Mooville ice cream and their prices are great. Shade to sit in outside and little activities for kids. Great place- don’t see what the bad reviews are about, it’s better than most places around GR. Having Mooville is a plus because they don’t have all the artificial stuff
My family and I stopped by there last night after dinner. The employees working were very kind, but let us know that they were actually already closed. As we were walking away, a woman approached us, and overheard us talking about us showing up too late. She was the owner, and insisted on opening back up for us. She just asked that we give her a few minutes so she could get her employees finished up and on their way home-they were both teenagers and it was a school night.She helped...
I went on a today (Saturday) at around 1:45pm and was told they are cleaning the soft serve machine. That is fine but I’m thinking the middle of a Saturday when people actually have time to come for ice cream isn’t the best time for that. Also considering I tried to be patient and asked how long it would take and she said, “Oh it’s gonna take a while”. Not time frame either. Maybe before or after shift is better. Or a weekday. Very disappointing.
