This is my favorite Biggby location of all time. All of the employees are so kind and I always leave happier than I arrived. They're also super fast and get my items to me at a reasonable time.

Very unfriendly staff. I interacted with two different staff members and they both had terrible customer service. Clearly they didn't want to be there and don't enjoy their jobs. If I'm going to pay $7 for a beverage and be prompted to leave a tip on the credit card machine, I expect a higher level of service.

my boyfriend and i come through a lot and usually we are pretty pleased and happy with what we get. unfortunately this wasn’t the case this time. he got a butterbear iced and it’s just straight up milk by the time we got it. the syrup is legit stuck to the bottom and taste/looks like nothing we’ve gotten before. the service person didn’t have the best ‘attitude’ when handing it to us, which doesn’t help considering how it was made to begin with. we attempted to call the store but it seemed to be they were just picking up and hanging up on there side (now i’m not 100% sure but i’ve known other places to do that) we really like coming here, just disappointed with our experience this time.

Sadly I dropped my review as the service is questionable. Honestly it depends on the baristas working and time of day. I have had several occasions where I've ordered the same drink I always do and receive NO flavoring. 🤔🙄 Or there's 5 baristas in the evening and it takes 25+ minutes to receive a drink with an empty store and no cars in the drive thru. Then we have the cake topper, the attitude that some of these "girls" have. Clearly they don't like their jobs so maybe they need to find ones they do so their attitude improves. You have lost a customer. I will now drive to Dorr with my business.
