My burger was all wrong. When I tried to get it fixed Brittney was very rude gave a couple of pickles, a packet of mayo a slice of tomato and told me to fix it myself. Really ruined my meal. Later when I got my free scoop she tried to charge me for the topping. She shouldn't be working with customers..so mean to every other person working with her too.

Atmosphere was very typical of a fast food restaurant. It was clean, although a couple tables hadn't been wiped down yet. We dined in, cashier was pleasant. The food was hot or cold, as appropriate.

When first opened in wayland the food was top notch.... the last 3 times I've ordered its been sub par. My onion rings I had to finish cooking in my air fryer and the burgers have been dry not hot and minimal toppings and the cheese wasnt even melted. I love culvers and I hope they do better in the future. I will attach a photo of the doctored up burger to make it palatable. Along with the onion rings.

Great food and service. Only thing is prices, know things have to go up,but $18 plus for 2 Burgers,fries and regular drinks!!

I usually don’t write reviews, but after the second time I needed to. Yesterday, Friday evening around 5:30 I placed a $70 order. 3/6 burgers were not made correct! I asked for mushroom and Swiss burger with onions. No mushrooms and no onions. Also was missing two fries and a coleslaw. When I went inside to ask for my fries and coleslaw, another Customer was complaining about her burger, not having any of the toppings she ordered either. It must’ve been a bad night, but this is the second time this has happened to me. To spend $70 for my family to eat dinner and have most of my order made wrong is absolutely disappointing.

Ordered door dash from here - the quality of food was horrendous. The burger was so over-done and charred, I couldn’t eat it. I mean to really say, I couldn’t chew it! Wow! Horrible meal. Won’t be ordering them for lunch again. How disappointing.

I did the drive thru only and didn't go inside the restaurant. I tried to use the app twice but for unknown reasons I was unable to place my order thru it. Other than that I was pleased with the food which I received within 5 minutes of placing my order.

This Culver's just lost one of their locals business. More than once my order hasn't been correct. I decided to say something and have yet for anyone including the owner to reach out to me. The fish I ordered was over cooked, they forgot my coleslaw and wanted to give me a mac n cheese heated in the container which I'm sure tasted like the container itself. This isn't corporate owned so you're complaints don't even matter nor are addressed.
