Fast service and great food. Always a treat to eat at Culver's.

Unfortunately the service needs help! Corporate needs to step in and do customer service training. We want to support our local Culvers but when it takes 30 minutes just to get custard, there’s a problem. PLEASE train your employees how to greet customers, apologize for mistakes when orders are missed and ask what someone needs when they are standing at the counter waiting to ask for a spoon!

Food is good but seems to be trending down. Service is decent but it seems like the last few times I've been they have given me smaller sizes then ordered and it's on the receipt as large or they have forgotten my fries or onion rings. I understand it's fast food and things happen but 3 visits and issues all 3 times. Not a good sign.
I had the Walleye today and enjoyed it. The service was friendly and good.
