This is not corporate old school Hot 'n Now, it's something different. All of the bags, boxes, paper, is generic, with no logo. I don't know if this will change with time, or not. The service was good, the building was brand new, and everything very clean. The food is actually better than it used to be, again it's not old school corporate Hot 'n Now. The price is very fair for the quality. The other reviews are mean and ridiculous. The owner of this place must have went through hell to reopen this nostalgia gem, and most people are complaining. I think everyone thought is was the same thing from the 90's (so I get it). The reviews would have been less harsh, if the owner was more transparent..

Those patties are not the same. Those are shaped like a breakfast sausage patty. Too fat, too small. Fries are not the same, maybe if they were cooked to a crisp they'd pass. The sauce is good. Those patties are wrong and whoever runs it knows it. Fix it or it's over, McDonald's exit 64 destroys this.

The burgers were a little underwhelming... Very small like an old school kids burger... And made wrong... The fries were Okay... Not much th rave about... The tots were pretty good... didn't know what to expect since I never had them before... Overall if you're looking for cheap food you'd probably be happy somewhere else... If it's all about the nostalgia I don't know what to tell you other than it's still crap like it was years ago... I can't imagine they'll be around for more than 2-3 years...

Burger did not fit bun, fries were all burnt and clearly cooked in an air fryer, why bring this place back just to put out food like this. Very very disappointed! Will not return. Window employees was great, pop was good. But that’s all.

I went there this morning, I was the second car in line. The shake machine was broken! One of the employees said “this is why McDonald’s doesn’t have shakes.” I was given my money back for that item. Truly disappointed unfortunately , however my olive burger was yummy yet the patty was very very very small.
They don’t have the chicken deluxe, which is really disappointing. The burgers are made by Cisco and don’t taste the same at all. guess I’ll just have to travel to Sturgis when I want hot n now.

I’m happy hot and now is back, you guys are complaining about stupid stuff about they got my order wrong the first day Of coursepeople will get food wrong the first day when they opened..I went through at 6 o’clock On October 20 and my food was great. Everything was hot and delicious. Even the popcorn chicken. Keep it up. Ignore the haters.

My pop taste like chemicals I didn’t even drink it all. It even had a funny smell. My french fries were burnt and taste like they had been on a grill.

Went on 10/17/25 @ 11 am was so excited for Hot & Now & the fries & chicken poppers. When I pulled in the line wasnt to long yet thinking they just opened up food will be hot & yummy. Boy was I wrong the chicken poppers taste like they were the night before like rubber & were cold. The fires were cold & like rubber . VERY disappointed I pulled into the gas station & threw $20 bucks in food in the trash !!!! Not wroth the time if they are going to serve food like this
