From the fries to the burgers, it’s not even close to Hot N now. Pretty sure my burger was sitting in the fridge before they gave it to me. I see why they had a line up in the beginning and no line now. It’s a one and done. And EXTREMELY disappointing.
After waiting for the lines to slow down which was about 2 months after opening. I planned my first lunch stop. I opted for the Olive burger combo. I snacked on some fries on my 5-minute drive back to work. They were warm not hot, as I continued to snack I found a rather dark one and realized they all had a burnt after taste. several fries were not edible. so, I moved on to the Burger Its was as if it was waived over a heating element but didn't touch it. The bun was hard and cold and it had a smear of Olive sauce. Not a good start! So, I waited a few weeks and tried again. Got the Olive burger combo with the tots. as I drove back to work, I snacked on a tot, and it was warm and tasty. I was encouraged! Then I got to the burger. I had asked for extra olive sauce. Which I could tell they added (woot woot) Then I bit into the burger and again it had not got near anything That could be called HOT! My Question What do you have to do to get a Hot burger?? Good luck to you I can't see a reason to go back.

it was neither hot nor now. waited in line forever for a cold burger
This is NOT the real Hot n Now! The food was terrible. Burger is cheap and fries are burnt. Sturgis location is the real Hot n Now. Don’t waste your time going to this location!! We will not be back.
I absolutely love seeing the come back and have enjoyed Hot-N-Now since the mid 90s. The menu is limited which is to be expected with new opening. I will admit that the one in Sturgis tastes just how I remember them as they were but this one the burgers as well as the fries do not and not having a Mt.Dew to wash it down was different even though im a coke drinker. All in all I love the place and will continue to visit when im in the area! The service was great and very friendly!

I haven't been here yet but leaving a 5 star review to help counter the unnecessary negative reviews left by confused people who think a 39 cent burger could ever be a real thing in 2025.
No lettuce or tomato or onion in the restaurant. Who gets an olive burger without at least lettuce? I almost left purely on this fact.
Fries had an…interesting taste. Like burger or something strange.
What others say about the traffic flow is right. It doesn’t make sense that an architect would even design a public drive-through this way. It’s chaos. Super tight space.
Big buns. Small meat (though bigger than Sturgis).
Apple turnover was a gas station pie warmed up.
Shakes were good.
My recommendation—only go here for a cheeseburger.
When I asked the staff why they didn’t have lettuce and tomato when the original Sturgis location does they said Sturgis has to change their Menu to match theirs or change their name. Clearly some corporate politics going on here.

Waited an hour in line when it first opened. Only went for the nostalgia, thankful to have this experience with my kid. Food was decent and fairly priced. The pop was horribly disgusting, I ordered a coke zero, not sure what was in the cup. So gross
Absolutely horrible olive burger. It was cold, very cold, all three of them. Service was very slow.

change their menu add deluxe to their Olive burgers and get their chicken sandwiches cuz your food is not that great without being able to deluxe things . The hot n now that was years ago was great You're just a average now we came on opening day and won't be coming back unless your menus change

Cold food. Overpriced. Soft drink had a chemical taste. Chocolate shake was good.

Food was not good at all ,fries were burnt and not full and burger was well probably not a burger at all???. The way the drive is set up is ridiculous as you get blocked in when trying to exit the drive thru, engineering fail for sure to pit the in and out in the same drive.

Let’s get real here, we all loved hot & now when they first opened. I mean 39 cents for a burger 39 cents fries 39 cents drink. It was way cheaper than McDonalds and The food was actually pretty good, that’s why people loved Hot & Now feed the family for 5 dollars. Well.today I went to the Wayland restaurant the food is not good, not like I remember fry’s are not even deep fried,( 2 burgers 2 fries $12.17) remember cheap & good is why we loved Hot & Now, $2.77 per burger when McDonalds is &1.99 & $2.39 respectively, even with inflation way to expensive.39 to $2.77. This novelty will wear off & out of business soon. These owners need to wake the hell up!! They should have named the restaurant 1 & DONE eat there once your done.

This drive through restaurant was very busy, but the line went fairly quickly.
My meal was pretty much as I expected and remembered. Served hot and fresh.

Horrendous- stopped in try and the fries were burnt & soggy. How is that even possible? All food had no flavor and tasted like cardboard. Threw out all food we ordered 🤢 they also shorted us a burger. Do not go, it’s not even worth a try
