This is not corporate old school Hot 'n Now, it's something different. All of the bags, boxes, paper, is generic, with no logo. I don't know if this will change with time, or not. The service was good, the building was brand new, and everything very clean. The food is actually better than it used to be, again it's not old school corporate Hot 'n Now. The price is very fair for the quality. The other reviews are mean and ridiculous. The owner of this place...

I don’t know what all you guys are complaining about. I’m happy hot and now is back, you guys are complaining about stupid stuff about they got my order wrong the first day Of coursepeople will get food wrong the first day when they opened..I went through at 6 o’clock On October 20 and my food was great. Everything was hot and delicious. Even the popcorn chicken. Keep it up. Ignore the haters.

They were amazing didn’t have the wall up open yet line out to the road but let me walk up and take my order in the drive thru because my tow truck didn’t fit 5 start customer service for sure
