They are so incredibly slow!!! When I arrived at 11:30, there was already 15 people waiting for their sandwiches. They were working on big orders. I will never come to this on again. The one in Byron center is super quick!

I was in the Jimmy johns in wayland today in the morning I ordered a unwich I took it home to my wife and she ate it and in about 1 hour she got really sick started throwing up a had bad diarrhea all night so I won't come back to that store again they don't know how to treat people you ask for the manager and she never comes out they shud shut that store down before some one dies

5-6 times we have ordered add bacon on a sub at a charge of $2.59 and it was not added to the sub. No mustard packets. No mayo packets. No napkins. No straws. Half mile drive for two sandwiches takes an hour or longer.
I've worked in food for 10+ years. All you need to do is use your eyeballs. Look at what's on the ticket line by line. Build the sub. Grab the amenities and the condiments and put them in the bag. Sit in your car and drive it to the destination.

I came in last week and got in witch and had melted lettuce and it smelled funny I went home and tried to eat it it was gross I won't go back there I called the store and asked for the manager it took forever and the manager never came to the phone bad service they need to shut that down

I ordered a meal for pickup. It was ready on the rack when I arrived and I appreciated the cup was empty so I could fill it myself instead of it getting watered down with melting ice.

Place an online order for delivery. Get a phone call 10 minutes later, "we don't have a delivery driver". They need to fix the app apparently.
