While my food is always made right, the staff isn't always doing their job properly. I usually order my sub for pick up, but it's never marked as ready for pick up until after I've gotten it from the shelving and am at home eating. It would be helpful if they made sure to mark it done as soon as it's done.

Gas station JJ so expectations were low and I wasn't disappointed. Ordered an Italian wrap with no tomato. Cashier was and acted bored stiff. One person making sandwiches so I had time to get a drink at the gas station part and use the restroom. Still waited after all that. Not freaky fast. Needless to say got my wrap, jumped in car and got on down the road. Opened up the package and you guessed it. It had tomato in it.

We were on a road trip, passing though and stopped into the restaurant about 4 minutes before closing hoping at most they wouldn’t spit in our food but fully expected some kind of sandwich sabotage. We were so pleasantly surprised that the young people working were kind and and willing to feed us. The poor kids looked tired, it’s the first week of school, I’m sure they were all ready to go home but proceeded to make us the best JJ’s we’ve had in ages. Top notch food and service. Their boss and their parents should be proud.

When I was asked "everything on that sandwich ok?" I didn't realize she was upcharging me $1.50 for the cheese.To make it worse I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for a "freaky fast" meal.

I was literally asking what came in the favorite combo wasn't even understood. Yes I've been there before but this time was terrible. I literally was asking what came in it and if the sandwich I wanted came in it and then they just ended up putting it in my order and rushed me and just I felt like s*** after ordering and receiving everything. I won't go back here!
