Usually friendly staff, but the food can be hit or miss sometimes. I prefer Caesar’s pizza at other locations, but it’s a convenient location sometimes.

Don't bother calling the number anymore. Now you get five minutes of automated crap only to end up speaking to someone in another state to place your order. No solid way to reach the local store anymore.

Would definitely recommend using the app to order and then pickup with their Pizza Portal. Otherwise everything is okay and I'll still be coming back.

The worst Little Caesars in the state!!!! They got me once, I'll NEVER return. They only get 1 star because I have too, they don't deserve that!!!!!!!!!
Where do I start? I stopped there last night at 8pm to order pizza for the next day. As you can see by the promise time and date it should have been ready at 1:30 on March 23. When I ordered it I had my credit card in my hand. I offered a couple times to pay for it but was ignored. Hmmmm okay, ya don’t want my money? Sent my son there to pick up the order at 1:30, it wasn’t ready and even worse they hadn’t started it. I have 20 out of town family members at my house and they are hungry and my pizzas have not been started yet. The girl behind the counter down played it by stating it was only 15 minutes. By the time he came back to the rest of the family it was 45 minutes. My order wasn’t all there. Missing the 3 extra crazy sauces that I paid for.
I called to speak to the manager at 6:00. Gave myself time to cool off. I think he said his name was Jody. He asked me if I wanted to come get the 3 sauce containers. Ummm no I don’t want to leave my house again to pick up sauce after everyone has eaten. I would like my money back or some compensation for such terrible service and missing items.
Yeah, that didn’t happen. I’m done with Little Caesar’s of Wayland. Apparently they don’t need my service.
Worst little Caesars I've ever had. My pizza was completely wrong when I got home. It was nothing but grease ball. Tasted like crap. I will not be returning to this little Caesars.
Food is made fast and pick up is quick and easy!
Who ever made the pizzas for Super Bowl Sunday all deserve a raise my pizza was so goooodddd :)

It was the worst lunch combo I've ever had. A lot of the cheese was on one side. Naturally, that would be the side I eat last because I like to save the best for last. However, that side had no sauce, and it just wasn't right.

I called in a order and when I arrived to pick it up. I walked in waited to let the staff know I was there for pick up. As I was waiting I tried asking the cashier a question about purchasing she told me to hold on, once she came to asking about helping me she just seemed really annoyed serving me. However still proceeded to ask my question and pay for my order. My card declined due to it being locked she asked for assistance because it froze the register a different employee not sure if manager came to assist, the first cashier told the other employee that came to assist to just continue to help me because she didn't want too. This was said at counter for anyone to here other employee chuckles a lil and says ok. At this point still standing there being treated rudely unsure why I asked the employee that came to assist what was the first young lady name and the employee asked me why did I needed it? I smiled a bit and asked are you guys not allowed to give names here? Immediately she stated her name was jasmine, after leaving I called sometime later to ask for "jasmine" nd was told there's no one there by that name. The original cashier allegedly name "Jasmine" was rude the time I walked in, I never broke character and returned energy I was given. I only smiled and thanked them as I walked out! I say all this to say the staff was properly staffed, there was a heavy number of employees there not once was I greeted nor shown concerns to being treated rudely no manager came to help once it was slight issues at hand the cashier face was in a tight the entire time just upset I hate to pull a race card here but this was just oddly unprofessional for no apparent reason...if you are upset that you have to work customer service then don't come to work! But I feel everyone should be treated equally and fairly I was a paying customer just as everyone else yet there was only a issue with me and services I received.
