I hesitate to post negative reviews in general but 3rd time is a charm. This location used to be great a few years back but something has clearly changed management wise and I won't be back. Last 3 visits have been 1. messed up online order, 2. lukewarm pizza and bread sticks, and tonight 3. I went to quickly get a single "hot and ready pizza" and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes ?. Hopefully this saves you the trouble.. go to another location.

Is this place serious? What type of business straight up shuts off their phones. No ring, straight to voice mail. I had an order sent to this location by mistake and was completely unable to do anything about it because this store decided to unhook their phones. I completely understand not being able to get to the phone when you are busy but this is unacceptable. I’m not even sure if I’ll be getting my money back at this point because even corporate won’t pick up their phones (I was not calling to be a Karen, just wanted to make sure I was getting my money back.

I love this LC. Ordered online when I got there I was promptly and politely greeted as always and told they got busy so I still had a few I sat inside to wait. They had good music lightly playing to which I could here some of the crew signing along. I got my food and left a tip which they thanked me for. We order from here often and always have the best service and great pizza. I really appreciate the staff here and their good vibes. Keep it up crew! Thank you ?

You can't buy more than one hot and ready pizza at a time. I have 8 kids needed 3hot and ready pizzas and couldn't get them and they were ready. You need to place an order for hot and ready if you want 3 what the heck I'm never going there again I don't care how hungry My kids
