Everytime I come here the staff is so damn rude excluding managment. The guy who dropped my food off, rude as heck! Lady taking orders, rude as heck! Messed my burger up and forgot all my sauces. It's just ridiculous because it's the same experience everytime I come. Haven't came in 4 months because of my last experience and won't be coming back!

Ordered a iced tea, and I dont think thats what's in the tea urns. Dumped out and got a soda.Lady's room messy No toilet paper, CB and FFs not hot. Ketchup dispenser filthy.

Waited 10 minutes for my pickup order, went inside to see what was happening, and nobody talked to me for another 10 minutes as all the workers were talking to each other and complaining about being short staffed. Awful service, and clearly ownership or management to blame.

Ordered from kiosk. Staff disappears when you walk in- apparently hideout in back. There was no number for your table and no receipt from the kiosk . So no Food order number . Food was ok. French fries were old and slightly warm. Not a clean table in the place and the area where the drinks, straws,napkins and tops for drinks was disgusting,sticky and a mess. Definitely not wiped up between busy hours. Service was slow it took about 10 minutes before we received our order. Another couple had waited about 20 minutes for their order. This was , @7:30 pm in the evening so not real busy. Will eat in a vehicle in any future stops at this McDonald's.
