A modernized version of how Mc'D's is becoming more and more automated. I had some issues with their app and trying to get help at the service counter was difficult at best - too dependent on technology and lacks human interaction.When I did get a human, they were pleasant enough, but you can tell their emphasis is on take-out orders.The food order was correct and lived up to Mc'D's standards, which is just okay.
