Their hours aren’t accurate several times. I’ve drove here at different points based off when Google says they’re open and they’re never open so I just waste my gas over and over again it’s ridiculous

Employees had an argument in the lobby. Swearing at each other loudly. Food was good. Appeared the manager was more attentive than his employees. Glad it was later and children were not in the restaurant at the time. Total disrespect

My mother has Alzheimer's and loves McDonald's Chicken Nuggets, so my father and I always hit up random McDonald's when we are on the road. Needless to say, this McDonald's is by FAR the best McDonald's in the state. Crushes any establishment in Kalamazoo/GR areas for sure. Sometimes they'll make you wait a minute or two by pulling up, but would you rather always have FRESH food or food that sat under a heat lamp? I'm more of a fresh food kind of guy.

Got a new barbecue bacon double quarter pounder and it had just one patty on it! Looked nothing like the picture, which has 2 patties!

Rudest people I’ve ever worked with in my life. Went through the drive-through ordered a cheeseburger. They said there was a two minute wait for me to pull ahead and nobody was there. I asked for my money back guy came to the window, threw the food and went and got my card and got my refund. Will never go back.
