My mother has Alzheimer's and loves McDonald's Chicken Nuggets, so my father and I always hit up random McDonald's when we are on the road. Needless to say, this McDonald's is by FAR the best McDonald's in the state. Crushes any establishment in Kalamazoo/GR areas for sure. Sometimes they'll make you wait a minute or two by pulling up, but would you rather always have FRESH food or food that sat under a heat lamp? I'm more of a fresh food kind of guy.

Rudest people I’ve ever worked with in my life. Went through the drive-through ordered a cheeseburger. They said there was a two minute wait for me to pull ahead and nobody was there. I asked for my money back guy came to the window, threw the food and went and got my card and got my refund. Will never go back.

The fries were lukewarm at best and definitely had been sitting under the warmer too long. My McDouble meat was either overcooked or it had been sitting in the cabinet for a long time because it was beyond dry. It was genuinely un-appetizing. Normally I have pretty good experiences at other McDonald’s so this was disappointing.

I'm afraid you admit that I go to McDonald's WAY too much!! That being said, I have a lot of experience at many different McDonald's locations. This one may not be the best ever, but it's definitely one of the good ones! And lucky me it's 5 minutes from home. Every time I have to go to a different one I'm always disappointed. Especially at the WAYLAND location. That place is one of the worst, which is not expected in a small town. Usually it's the inner city locations to look out for, but Wayland is right up there with them. I'm happy with my little McDonald's by the lake. Thanks to the staff who keeps making it happen!

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches, 3 hashbrowns. Not super busy, had to pull ahead, as alot of cars had too. Messed up breakfast sandwiches two times, some of the staff was snappy and rude, 20 min to get food. Not including time set at drive through, while the left lane past three cars to order before I got to put in my order. The food was normal, and no napkins in the bag., in. A drive through.
Small restaurant inside a gas station, but a great McDonald's location. The dining room was very clean, food tasted great, and the service was quick. The employees were friendly, attentive, and courteous.
Only complaint would be the restrooms were a bit dirty and could use a detailed cleaning.
Parking: Spacious parking lot shared with the mini mart.
Kid-friendliness: Happy meals available with kids toys. No play area.
