Terrible service, I had an online order for pick up, walked in the lobby and still waited 25 min. No how can I help you, are you waiting... Nothing . In fact the whole lobby was waiting for orders but they were only cooking and taking orders from the drive thru. 15 cars at least had orders taken and food a handed to them with a thank you for being patient. Meanwhile they have off duty staff walking in stealing soda cups and helping themselves to anything they wanted to walk out with . Absolutely insane!!! Avoid this place at night

We stopped to get dinner on our way home. Placed order on kiosk. 3 people asked if I needed to place an order. The tacos we ordered were some of the best we've had from TB. Chips were warm. A very good experience! Thank you!

Thought this would be a quick trip off the hwy headed home. I was wrong. We've been here in line for over 20 minutes. Theres NOBODY inside, just the workers. I have no idea what is taking ao long but it's the worst service we've had in a very long time
No apologies, just shoved a bag thru the window.

And, our food is cold. So $30+ spent, sat in line for 30 minutes total, and got cold food. Go anywhere else.

Went through the line. They were out of lettuce, beans, and tomato’s. All major ingredients. I’ve worked at Taco Bell that’s when you call another store and ask to borrow stock. Not only that but they forgot my chips and cheese. I go through a second time. Get the chips. Covered in salt. They ended up giving me more chips the third time in line. The fourth time I got a refund. However they were very understanding and polite during all of my complaining. And they do have a sense of humor. They said they strive for tacotasticness. I told them they need to strive for tacotasticism next time not just tacotasticness. They said we give you what you need you’ll be nice. Bingo!! I drove all the way up there because I felt like taking a drive. And I just want my order correct. Literally. It’s just tacos it ain’t that deep!! Their humor made me less mad about the crap shoot of a circus they got going on in there. Customer service was great. I may drive up there again because they were entertaining. And at least they don’t give you a hard time about a refund. Their humor and great personality got them 2 stars!! Otherwise I would’ve left 1.

Ridiculous. They are apparently too high to get your order right. Spend $ 30 on food and get half of what you order....NEVER AGAIN will I spend one cent at this place!

Ordered 10 items through the mobile app got 9. This location continues to fail on orders. Has yet to complete an order correctly over 2 separate times. Glad I paid full price for a short order. Will not return.

I’ve ate here before and the food wasn’t good. I drove up yesterday to see a worker standing in front of the entrance smoking a cigarette 2 feet from the door. This type of service is discussing. I did not go in and I will not be back to this location.

Placed a mobile order through the app like I always do because I studder well placing orders and trying to be loud enough for them to hear me. Absolutely love the (10) piece chicken bites when they have them well I ordered that got all the way home to the next couple towns over opened my box to eat found (7) two of them so small and so hard they would break teeth forsure. When I called to voice my complaint the rude coworker who answered automatically said I was being rude for telling them how counting works and said goodbye and hung up on me. When i called back the other worker who answered said I could drive back or take care of it through the app and pretty much sorry, I don’t know who answered cuz I was busy. Bye I’ve gotta get back to work now! Terrible customer service in my opinion and definitely needs to be addressed by someone higher up.

Employee was very friendly, but it took us an hour to get through the drive through. I understand if understaffed, but this is crazy. Our fries were super fresh, but the rest of our order was barely warm. Nothing bad against the employees working, but waiting an hour through a drive through is unheard of.

SLOWEST drive thru ever! There was only 3 cars ahead of me and I was there for 30 minutes before I had to pull out of line. I spent my entire lunch break in line and never made it up to the window to get food. I will never go to this Taco Bell ever again. I'm so irritated I wrote a review for the first time in my life. Save yourself 30 minutes, choose a different restaurant.
