I’ve ate here before and the food wasn’t good. I drove up yesterday to see a worker standing in front of the entrance smoking a cigarette 2 feet from the door. This type of service is discussing. I did not go in and I will not be back to this location.
Placed a mobile order through the app like I always do because I studder well placing orders and trying to be loud enough for them to hear me. Absolutely love the (10) piece chicken bites when they have them well I ordered that got all the way home to the next couple towns over opened my box to eat found (7) two of them so small and so hard they would break teeth forsure. When I called to voice my complaint the rude coworker who answered automatically said I was being rude for telling them how counting works and said goodbye and hung up on me. When i called back the other worker who answered said I could drive back or take care of it through the app and pretty much sorry, I don’t know who answered cuz I was busy. Bye I’ve gotta get back to work now! Terrible customer service in my opinion and definitely needs to be addressed by someone higher up.
Employee was very friendly, but it took us an hour to get through the drive through. I understand if understaffed, but this is crazy. Our fries were super fresh, but the rest of our order was barely warm. Nothing bad against the employees working, but waiting an hour through a drive through is unheard of.
SLOWEST drive thru ever! There was only 3 cars ahead of me and I was there for 30 minutes before I had to pull out of line. I spent my entire lunch break in line and never made it up to the window to get food. I will never go to this Taco Bell ever again. I'm so irritated I wrote a review for the first time in my life. Save yourself 30 minutes, choose a different restaurant.
You guys should consider firing your entire night staff and starting over.
Drinks are good
Ordered on Uber Eats, and even with a sticker taped onto the bag with all of our food items and such, we only received 4/8 and our drinks. It took almost an hour to prepare, so this is shocking we missed that many food items. Can’t fix stupid🤷♀️Disrespectful might I add of our time and money, (and this is coming from someone who has only ever worked in the food industry).
The manager named Paige was really disrespectful and was really rude I was telling her what I wanted and asked if she could repeat it back to me and she was completely rude rolled her eyes at me and gave me a rude look she messed my hole order and didn't even read it back to me
this deserves 0 stars. burnt quesadilla. flat crunch wrap. horrible window service, the girl said we couldn’t order cinnamon balls at the window. interrupted us non stop, threw the food into are hands. So rude. so slow. i despise you.
Lady taking my order had a big attitude when I was the only customer in line and I took 6 minutes to get my two tacos with no basically no meat on them

There were crunchwraps that were clearly pre-made and opened to remove the tomatoes. Very disappointed.
I’m tired of every time I order a Mexican pizza you guys throw it in the bottom of the bag with a bunch of different items on top of it. Either package your Mexican pizza better, hire better employees or take it off the menu. It’s great When made right and not utterly destroyed but you’ve disgraced it
Pretty decent. I usually regret it but I still go here. I love tacos. Even fake ones. Diablo sauce 👍👌
I want to thank Paige employee at this Taco Bell in Wayland Michigan. I am from Indiana and left my purse behind in the bathroom hanging on the hook and a customer brought my purse to her and they put it back for me to come back and get it everything was there. I appreciate her very much thank you. Paige Did you die?
