I don’t understand why the chicken is different now? I grew up eating krispy krunchy every now and again and it’s totally different now. The chicken used to have Cajun juice injected into every piece, no matter if it was strips or breasts and now they don’t have any, just the Cajun seasoned batter on them. Bring back the juice in them that’s what made them so good. Most of the time the chicken is dry and the biscuits are hard or underdone and doughy, last time I went it was absolutely perfect but that was because I went during the lunchtime frame so I recommend going then or asking them to make it fresh.

I love KKC, but this is the worst location I have ever been to in MI. They didn't have any fried chicken for lunch and it was noon on a Saturday. I asked if they could make some and they said no they didn't have any only tenders so I got some tenders but they weren't real chicken tenders. They were just breasts sliced up and battered to imitate tenders, problem with that is that they were super dry. Potato wedges were also really bad and old. Avoid this location. KKC corporate should look into this operator.

The Male night worker who wears taped glasses and has longer hair was very rude and had an extreme nasty attitude. Even after i asked him why he is treating me this way, he simply laughed. Sucks to work a long shift As a trucker and get talked to like trash by a Truck stop employee. Beware

Great chicken tenders. The chicken legs were good to they got some seasoning up under the skin, And the potato wedges reminded me of the ones they sold way back in the day.
