This is the worst McDonald's location I've been to, the food is always lukewarm and stale. Avoid this location unless you are starving!

Went through the drive thru got a medium coffee& hash brown. They didn’t close the lid to my coffee all the way when I grabbed it it went all over me very hot coffee all my hands & clothes. Went inside told them that chuckled a little and said here’s a new cup nothing else. Did not replace my coffee or anything just laughed at my hands that were burning.

Stop pulling cars fwd to receive orders by hand. You are confusing your employees, and forcing them out into bad weather with this dishonest practice. They come out the door with 3 orders for 3 cars, so its no surprise I get the wrong order frequently. You are obviously trying to cheat the drive-thru timer. Clean up your act if you are going to continue to gouge us with price hikes. At this point, Id rather go to the dollar store and get a TV dinner than go to McDonalds, and that should scare you.

Terrible customer service I went through the drive through and there was a kid who kept asking me “what?” After I would very clearly and coherently say the order I was making because after the 3rd “what?” I wasn’t sure if he could even hear the first 2 items right.

This is the cleanest and nicest looking McDonald's I've ever seen! Super friendly staff.
We ordered through the app and got to the windows, got a receipt and then couldn't find our order after bringing orders to other cars behind us. Literally came back out and asked for our receipt and they game our food to one of the other cars behind us. Not worth the 45 minutes of a wait. Fast food my ass.
