First time for Breakfast yesterday. Country Omelet, was ok. I've had better, the hash browns tasted like the burnt grease from the grill and the toast wasn't even toasted. Also took over 20 minutes for my order. Doubt I'll ever go back.

Nice clean restaurant, great food, nice and accommodating staff, and they worked with a special -very restricted- diet one of us had. So thankful to have this wonderful restaurant in town!

Excellent experience — located right off of I-96, about 25 minutes East of Lansing, about 65 minutes West of Garden City, and about 15 minutes West of the Tanger Outlets in Howell — very reasonable prices, decent selection of breakfast food, has Coca-Cola products, which is always a plus, and they had Bottomless Hot Coco when I was there, which is awesome, as it was like -3°F or something in February. Hearty breakfast, but lunch selection looked good as well. Will have to return for lunch. Service exceeded expectations of a family restaurant.

Parking: Parking spots on a weird angle, right off of the street, extremely close to the restaurant, literally couldn’t be any closer.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely small children friendly. Some of the waitresses have small children of their own. This is a small town, very much small town vibes.

Hard to know when they are going to be open. Several times I have showed up at 7:00 and they say they are closed when the hours say open till 8:00. They have good food but have stopped going as often cause they close early a lot.

We stopped for the first time recently. Great food, very decent portions and our server was good and explained about what was all homemade there. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Came in today with family. We ordered our food and some cheese curds for an appetizer. It took 30 minutes for them to come out and then they gave them to the wrong table. The other people started eating the food they did not order them store manager came over and TOOK THE FOOD FROM THEIR TABLE THEN BROUGHT IT TO OURS!!! AFTER OTHER PEOPLE WERE EATING AND TOUCHING THEM!!! We asked for new cheese curds and i’m pretty sure they re-heated them.

My family always has a great time. The wonderful staff is so friendly, and welcoming. My daughter has fallen in love with their cheeseburgers, and I keep finding delicious new things to try. But my staple is the Veggie Omlette. I definitely recommend 👌

Stopped in town to see the metal man across the street from RoadsideAmerica.com and stopped in for lunch. Friendly, laid back. I had full order French toast with sausage links. 4 triangles of golden, crispy goodness and 4 links of flavorful sausage in a thin casing that gave a little snap at the bite. Just the right amount of butter and syrup on the side. Beverage was offered refills and server at almost every pass either asked if we needed anything or gave eye contact and a smile. 3stars on atmosphere only because the paneling at our perfect “for two” booth was falling off the wall. That could pinch a little finger and there were several families with littles and elderly enjoying lunch while visiting. Parking across the street in the pharmacy because there wasn’t any available parking around the building. Also the city cop is hiding to the east of the restaurant; obey the law.
It was a delightful experience.
