Local in Weidman, Took my wife out on a saturday night... Drinks were crown and pepsi tasted like complete soap.Checked out the band, lady was texting while music was still playing. Alot of lip sinking!Ordered food before not nothing special most of toppings are in part of the wrap while the rest of the wrap is plain!Drinks was way over priced for qaulity!

Drinks were very fairly priced. The bartender was new and inexperienced, but he did a great job overall. The place is pretty decent. I'll definitely be stopping by again.

The first time my friend and I came in she found a hair in her soup. I haven't had a problem with them since though. Their portions of food are pretty big. I love their dance floor. I once came here drunk as a skunk and danced the night away all by myself.I also love that I can run into people I went to highschool with here.

Charming Lil home town bar
Friendly, good service, clean.
Stopped in for a couple of drinks on a Saturday night because a friend told me that they have been known to get pretty descent bands in the llama..... This was NOT one of those occasions. The duo attempting to entertain the crowd, or lack of, were far from entertaining. In fact, 30 minutes after our arrival we witnessed several tables leave after their first round of cocktails. In all honesty, this pair of acoustic singers were not experienced enough to read the crowd or even try to communicate with the few listeners that remained. My friend advises me that the thirsty llama is little dive bar with great drinks for the money (ok, he's right about that) and the normal bands that frequent the place are VERY good. He goes on to assure me that the drinks are on his tab if I return this weekend and give the place another chance. Needless to say I will take you up on the offer, after all.... Maybe the real band cancelled and these guys were a short notice replacement. I'll try to post a follow up post to let everyone know my second impressions.....Visit #2The staff and patrons were all very pleasant (with the exception of the "one in every crowd" guy... You know the one, drunk as hell and thinks everyone is there to fight him or take his woman away). And I must say the entertainment this time around was awesome. The band Rocked the place, and everyone that walked in, stayed till the last note rang out and faded to the old country jams blaring out of the jukebox, signaling the end of the party .That's all I'm going to say about it.... Other than.... I would now recommend the thirsty llama to anyone in search of a good time in the small town of Weidman on a weekend evening.
Upon ariving at 1030pm, being able to eat some fries with our drinks would have enticed us to stay longer than 45 min and listen to the music.
