Completely in the toilet since Neil sold in ‘23. I used to come here several times a week, and come back from time to time in hopes that it has improved. Today the store was Dirty, stinks, ice cream tastes like it melted, labels all disheveled and haphazard, the list goes on. Theres a ride sign about paying with a credit card and how that will cost you more (just build it into your price instead of pissing people off). There seems to be No pride of ownership. There are so many inexpensive ways that this place could offer a better impression / experience. If the place would have maintained some semblance of what it was, I would be a repeat customer but instead I’m left to be unsatisfied.

Are you kidding me ? Not sure which pisses me off more. $19.00 for 2 PINTS of Guernsey brand ice cream? Shame on you!!! Plus charging 4% for credit card users, a filthy store, melting ice cream in the cooler, disgusting. The list goes on. You should be shut down from the health department asap !!!!

This place is dated and kind of dirty, when you walk in there’s a stale smell in there. Candy containers were once clear but they’re so old they’re yellowish. The staff member seems a bit confused :( for this to be in the area it’s in i thought It’d be better and more Clean .

This place has such an amazing variety of ice cream! I can't wait to go back and try more flavors. I got a 4 piece flight of - lavender honey, cookie monster, blueberry cheesecake, and lemon bar. Lemon bar was the best! And their lemon custard that my son had was delicious. Affordable prices. The guy working was real nice, helping us pick the best scoop combo. My only suggestion is that I wish all the flavors were written on the glass so you didn't have to ask the employee multiple times.

The worker literally touched the brownie I wanted with his bare hands and placed it on my ice cream. And when I questioned him about that, he made me seem like I’m the issue. I cannot believe this guy is a real person… please do NOT let your kids eat here, this place is dirty, unprofessional and 80% of the ice cream is melted in there. Absolutely disgusting

I’m not one to complain but the place was extremely dirty. Floors were filthy and had stained old folding chairs to sit in. For the area of town it is in, I didn’t not expect that at all. Makes you wonder how well they clean their equipment 🥴 ice cream was fine but nothing to write home about.
