No one wore gloves. I saw the guy use one hand to pick up my pizza with a spatula, and his other hand to balance it and put it in the box. Pizza was burnt. Will not be back ever!

It’s not that pizza you enjoy, it’s below normal and without strong flavors. You will taste only tomato and tomato sauce. My order was vegetarian.

Dude!! Very excited for my giant pizza to myself! Didnt ask how many toppings are allowed with the big benny pizza but my 2 seemed to be included… cajun and sesame all over but im still partial to hungry howies… i added garlic powder and red chili powder to fix it more to my spice level… HIGHLY RECOMMEND … i felt like the crust could have used some extra butter and flavors but overall AMAZING and this will hopefully last me 3 days😂❤️
Updated with picture of my stove so you get the actual idea of the size of this monster! I can throw down pizza and i stopped with 3 of these pretty and long slices❤️🫡

I ordered a cheese pizza for the kids — it was our first time trying this restaurant. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived burned and unexpectedly very spicy, even though there was no mention of spicy ingredients in the description. The kids couldn’t eat it, and we had to throw the whole pizza away. We’re very disappointed and would like to request a refund, as the food was not edible.

There pizza is almost always delicious 😋. We ordered wings and a 3 topping and both delicious. It took a while, but the food was fresh and hot. Definitely recommend the spicy Korean and garlic parm wings.

Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Jason the manager at this location. My parents, both over 85 and unfamiliar with modern systems, were somewhat frustrated initially. However, Jason generously offered to take care of the issue and just wanted to make sure to enjoy their meal. His ability to effectively assist elderly individuals, displaying kindness and understanding, is a rare quality in the food industry, particularly in restaurants. I ordered from Benito’s in west Bloomfield today and it got delivered via DoorDash. The dasher absolutely destroyed it and I called and the person who answered did not hesitate to remake my pizza and have it properly delivered. They didn’t even question it at all. I really appreciate them and how much they care about their clients which is why I will continue to order from them again and again! Before and after Pictures for your amusement!

I went to Benitos on 14 mile the other day and had the rudest staff both to the young man working the register and myself. Overall unnecessary rudeness and needs to me more professional when interacting with each other and customers.
