This location has horrible customer service. The lady who took my order seemed like she didnt want to be at work today. The young lady at the register Customer service wasn't any better. They also seemed short staff. Long line and only one person making the food.

The place is dirty, staff did not put any effort to clean the tables. Forks were missing, we got there 2 hours before closure and they already ran out of almost half the items.. no guacamole , no cheese not even bread. Staff are not welcoming and clearly seem to be uninterested in working or doing their job.

Placed a to-go order on their app almost an hour before I needed it. Had to wait 40 minutes from the pick up time until I got my food. As a side note, they are not even allowing dine-in orders…how are you 40 minutes behind on an online order when you don’t have to worry about in-store customers???

I order from uber eats tonight. My order was a bowl and I added what I wanted to it. I also ordered 2 other bowls for others in my family. Their order was correct mine was missing the guacamole which is almost 4.00 extra.I was so disappointed not to have the bowl the way I wanted and not sure how to get my money back. I was very disappointed ?

This place never gets our order correctly, we ordered extra chicken and didn’t get it and only received half the ingredients we ordered. In addition, the food made our family sick, everything was cold and it caused lots of digestion issues, will never be going back.

Visited on 2/9/24. I went in for Queso and chips. The chips were fine. However, the large queso was absolutely cold!!! I only live three minutes from the location. So by the time I arrived home, if it were served hot, it still should have been hot. I am not exaggerating in the least, not even a little warm. This location is horrible!!!!! I don't care when I visit. There is always an issue, i.e.....no chips, no vinegarette, no lettuce, etc.
