I went to this location to get 2 cookies to congratulate some special people in my life and the lady working behind the counter was especially rude. She made me feel like I was an incompetent little kid who knew nothing. Before I could even pay she was basically shoving me out of the door. Long story short, she needs to learn some customer service skills and basic human respect, if not, she needs to get out of the business.
Elaine offers exceptional customer service and a breathtaking arrangement of cookies! We were so pleased with the "emoji" cookie arrangement she made for our daughter, and she was so kind and considerate to ensure it arrived timely.
