My wife discovered Cookies By Design and the proprietor Elaine about 4 years ago when we moved here. Ever since we have received a lot of delicious cookies, special orders and especially fantastic customer service!! we ordered a cookie bouquet and wnted a corvette in the bouquet. They were able to custom make one that made the cookie bouquet very special for the crecipient. CBD went out of their way to make it special.

Have ordered plenty of times off of the website, but this time, was one letter short fitting in the phrase, so went into the shop. Elaine was so sweet and helpful. She designed 2 amazing bouquets for a big family get together.

Very disappointed! I ordered for my husband for our anniversary. I had two large cookies and a dozen mixed cookies. The cookies tasted stale. Like they just added whatever they had left. For how much money they cost it was not worth it at all! Won't be wasting my money again!
