My first time at a Crispelli's Bakery and I loved it. The sourdough baguettes were fantastic! Very happy we bought some to take home. But the fresh cannoli were perfect! Sadly, we were in a hurry and only stopped into the bakery. Can't wait to try their wood-fired pizza!

So this post is a bit late but better late than never…I gave this rating because I bought a pizza from Crispellis and it had a hard piece of sharp plastic in it that the manager claimed came from how their cheese or something is packed. I am aware that mistakes do happen but that’s a pretty big mistake… while the manager did refund my money and gave a coupon for a free pizza…I think it’s important that the people be mindful when eating the there bcz my thought is what if a child got a hold of that slice it would have been detrimental… so needless to say I have not gone back…and after reading some of the other posts of 1 star makes me question what’s really going on at this location…(food for thought)

Pizza was freezing cold. Not Doordash's fault. I ordered at 4pm for pizzas at 7pm. The pizzas were 100% cooked at 4pm instead of before the specified time.

We had my son's rehearsal dinner here, it was fabulous! The food was excellent, the service was perfect and everyone had a terrific time. Would recommend Crispelli's for any occasion, LOVED IT!

Beyond appalled on how I was spoken to by the manager Michael. His attitude was beyond disgusting, he spoke very condescending. I called about a salad I ordered that is suppose to feed 10 ppl. The picture below shows it’s only good for one person. I had ordered a family style and he could care less and goes “ I’m matching your energy” who talks like this to a customer.

This was the most AWFUL experience of my life! We placed a carryout order, and Michael, who is the manager, showed a complete lack of respect. Despite frequently ordering carryout for large groups, we were dismayed by the small size of the salad labeled "party size" which was meant for just one person. Michael showed no concern whatsoever, claiming it wasn't his issue and refusing to let me speak to anyone else. DONT EVER COME HERE, ITS OVERPRICED AND THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Michael the manager was so generous. I ordered 15 pizzas and a few appetizers a day before my daughter birthday party and everything was done to perfection. Even gave me a generous gift card after everything was said and done. Btw, best pizza in town.

Although we love the flavor of their pizza & wings, they are a little stingy with the topings. Also, if you go during busy times, expect it to be very loud. Service has always been good here.

Had lunch with my daughter here and everything was awesome....Food, service, atmosphere, etc al. Zip sauce on a patty melt... I'll never eat another 1 without it.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered a gf margarita and pepperoni pizza. No pepperoni and ice cold. Contacted the restaurant Emma said ok sorry. Pizza and salad was $50. Pretty disappointed. I have never been treated this way before.
