The blizzard I ordered was good but the service sucked I understand I came in at 9:00 and they leave at 9:30 but I work in the health field and we run into way worse than last minute customers a young black chick with glasses acted as if she didn’t even want me in there all I did was ask a question about what’s in a different blizzard and she acted as if it was a problem then when she finishes my blizzard she just leaves it on the counter and goes on about her day I say “have a nice day” and she just ignored me like if you don’t want to work go home or quit but I don’t wanna get my food from somebody that has a messed up attitude go home if that’s how you feel

This location is clean and quick. I just wish they served food here and not just ice cream.

I went there last Thursday after dinner at like 7 pm and the nicest girl made my ice cream! Her name was coco! It was definitely the best ice cream and experience I have ever had at an ice cream shop! I would definitely come back! Thank you Coco!!!

They didn’t make my blizzard the way that they usually do. Seems like there was no toppings in there and was simply vanilla ice cream. I asked if they could remake it and they refused. If it wasn’t for my wife to pick it up, I would’ve left it. That will be the last time that I come to this location.

Parking: Large open lot shared by other shopping center tenants.

Great ice cream, friendly staff. They follow directions very well, always satisfied here.

Parking: Quite a few spots, but not unlimited. You can technically park anywhere to get in, but there's about 10 good spots right near the building.

Kid-friendliness: Kids will love it. A nice outdoor area with picnic tables to eat food as well as an indoor section.

Just wanted to take the time to share a recent story here.Me and my daughter frequent here a few times a month for our weekly oreo blizzard date. This past Monday was no different, only i left my wallet there and didn't realize it until it was hand delivered by a honest gentleman named Taylor that works there this morning.I just want to say thank you so much for your kindness and honesty. Me and my family are extremely thankful. Its refreshing to know there are still upstanding and caring individuals that go above and beyond for those around them.Ive frequented your location for 2 years since moving into West Bloomfield.
